We had a great experience shopping at Al Huzaifa. The staff, ambience and the furniture of course is fantastic and that’s we have bought all our furniture from Huzaifa.. Always look for Youssef as he knows the furniture and the details of it in and out and was also very patient & understanding with us as the amount of time we all take in decision making, he surely has to be given a round of applause for that!

Extremely Poor Quality & Customer Service

We bought a sofa & after 4 months it started sagging & crumpling.

On complaining they took it & returned back after 3 weeks. After one month again it started sagging & crumpling.

Again they have taken it for repair.

Is this what is expected from a Huzaifa furniture which puts itself as top furniture brand in UAE?

No accountability, no customer satisfaction only High Priced inferior quality with poor services peddled.

We had a very pleasant experience shopping for our new home at Al Huzaifah, Zaabeel. Gayanna from the Huzaifah team helped us shortlist our options based on our style preference and colour scheme. She was patient and professional and answered our queries in person and over whatsapp. It took us a few days and multiple visits to the store to finalise everything but she was supportive throughout the whole process. We can certainly recommend Al Huzaifah to our friends and family.

I had purchased furniture for the living room, bed room and the dining room. Al Huzaifa has Nice designs that I did not find similar designs somewhere else. Mrs. Nadia was more than perfect. She helped alot even after sale. And she is so attentive and did not hesitate helping even with items I bought online from Alhuzaifa.

Zana helped me with my order extremely efficiently. She managed the order delivered from the warehouse to the showroom in record time and kept me updated throughout! I was on a tight timeliness as this was a gift. Great job Zana. May your tribe increase!
