Not good service not expected, the management team i was serious to buy the flat in al Barsha but the management is not taken seriously and wasted my time asking such documents after sending everything cheque book everything still this that wasted my 4days

Dear Chairman,
I was one of the tenant of your building in Al Nahda stayed for 4 yrs without any completes, unfortunately due to some bad circumstances I was forced to stay back for two weeks more on my completion of my tenure as I had explain my situation without any money in UAE i requested to grand me 2 weeks stay but your representative or so called Manager didn't allow me to stay unless I paid him Dhs. 3000 as a deposit I requested to meet their immediate boss (Madam) which was my right but was not allowed, i was not expecting this kind of service from the reputed so called Al Jaber Group and even the access card deposit was not given to me they have their own stories. My concern is not that they have taken the money for my excess stay but specially in dubai we get a grace period of atleast a month to vacate the flat in worst situation where a family is living without a job, I just requested for 2 weeks and they came up with lots of excuses and even they didn't allow me to meet the owner, which they can't do it.
At last I just have to say I was not expecting this type of unsupportive support from such a big group know as Al Jaber Group and request you to look into the matter personally in future if the case is genuine and help them out.
