Can’t be bothered to open on time. Thanks for completely messing my day up. Supposed to open at 9.30am - left at 9.43 - still not open. If I could give you zero stars I would.

visited rbs in blairgowrie last week to pay in a check. poor customer service from the the teller in this branch. maybe the girl was having a bad day but was realy disapointed in the way she handled an elderley customer request. filled in an online complaints system . probably waisted 2 minutes of my life as i knew nothing would be done about this. i have been a rbs customer for 40+ years and im now seriously thinking about moving my bussiness elsewhere.

Sometimes queue extends outside the building. Not the best of experiences if it is raining heavily as there is no handy shelter.
