Celebrated my birthday last May 5 in their restaurant and the experience was truly unforgettable.
Chef Kalam curated a menu as per my request, and everything were perfectly cooked and flavored.
The service we received from Philip was remarkable.
We all enjoyed the night and we will surely come back for another celebration.

Good Hotel for a stay. We stayed for one day Saturday night. It was quiet and there were no noises and music from the club. Usually if you go to a much cheaper hotel you will not be able to sleep due to music from the night club in the same hotel at 3 am in the morning. this hotel will give you a sleep.

I accept all the Roles and laws.
I booked online through booking and I came with my wife to log in they told me from the beginning your name in the APP is not matching with the ID and the had to check with booking until they verified, the second problem I have faced and it shocked me actually my wife ID was not there the didn’t allowed me to finish the check in while I told them a head we came from Abudhabi , and I informed them I do have all the soft Proves but it didn’t work out, it was very bad experience and I had to cancel the booking and go to another better hotels.
You follow the roles ok but should be some flexibility as long as there’s no danger or harm
I was very upset and not recommended for any reason.

Overall a comfortable stay.
Pros:

-5 min walk from Deira city centre metro
-Close to City Centre mall and corner shops
-Room at front side has a nice view of the park plus a brighter room
-Beds are comfortable and room and bathroom clean.
-kettle for tea and coffee, mini fridge is very useful.
-Decent size room.
-Restaurant downstairs with decent food and offers. Reasonably priced
-Front desk is welcoming and pleasant
-Air circulation is important to me so I was happy that I could open the window
-Swimming pool with life guard and gym with fitness instructor available full time. Sauna, steam room too
-Quiet location
Cons-
-Rooms at back of building are dark
-The first room I was given smelled damp. Maybe a leaking a.c unit?
-Carpets are dirty and heavily stained. Management should invest in wooden flooring or other. More hygienic.

Overall- I would recommend this hotel as a non-driving visitor as not too expensive and value for money. 7 or 8 out of 10.

That's shame
I booked with them for a high amount compared to others, and I went to stay with them on a 4-star rating, but unfortunately they were below the standard and did not deserve even one star because the service was bad, and I found the swimming pool closed and the rest of the services were not available, such as the sauna and jacuzzi, and the gym was unclean and the manner of dealing was immoral.
When you take money from me in return for the services you provide, you are obligated to provide them, and your description of yourself is obligated to match reality. It is not correct for you to say that you are 4 stars, and you do not, in fact, provide services that rise to even one star. You do not offer me anything for free, and I did not stay in your hotel for free.

Well, this is 2nd time i am staying in this hotel after 2019.
Hotel is rundown and definitely need renovation or refurbishment.
Amenities are old and needed to be upgrade.
WiFi was given based on devices. Each device will have own username and password (grandfather method).
Breakfast is okay only.
I will stay its a higher 3 star hotel.

Good points are location as hotel is located less than 10 minutes drive from airport. Moreover walking distance to Deira city centre mall and metro station.
There are shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Mosque is within walking distance and easy to get cab.

Overall this hotel is suitable for solo travellers or if you are looking for a economical hotel price with good location, this is one of good hotel option.
If you are particular with the hotel amenities and ambiance, then this is not your hotel.
Rooms and toilet are spacious but old amenities.
Had problem with some lights and switches as it was not functioning.
WIFi signal not strong.
Room is dull with white light.
Definitely renovation and refurbishment is needed for the rooms

An outdoor pool, a terrace, and a garden are other highlights at this upscale hotel. Fellow travelers like that it's just a short walk to public transportation: Deira City Centre Station is 9 minutes away and Concourse D Station is 11 minutes.

This hotel has good food and was reasonably priced. Staff were accommodating and friendly. A special mention to Mr Ahmed at the front desk for his efficiency and grace.
