Horrible staff behavior with no manners ! This place deserves -10 stars and prices are higher than normal stores.. do not recommend anyone to go near their store at all

Im dealing with them for the last 2 years, suddenly the person who is managing the shop changed and he is a very rude person, prices increased and when i told him why he just said buy from somewhere else????u200d♂️

Purchased a sheesha, opened it for the 1st time at home and it broke. Pathetic quality.

Had gone to get it exchanged at the store. There was no exchange policy. Aed 145/- down the drain.. Owner or who ever he was gave us pathetic solution (to purchase a new pot at discounted cost)

All we were asking was for an exchange or check with the company if there was a defect and get it exchanged. (At the time of purchase we were informed it was the last pot left in that colour/range). Even got assurance that pot will not break even if it falls once. There after the pot was purchased. After making him understand we are people who would not have raised an issue if it was our fault. However i was surprised to see what happened and that is why have come to the store again to get a solution. But the person was just stuck with one standard response, when we opened at the store everything was ok.

NO POT BREAKS ON THE 1st DAY THAT TOO WITHOUT USING IT.

We are very upset with the customer service and grievance handling at the store.

Do not recommend anyone to purchase from this store.

Absolutely amazing service from Ali and Salman. I ordered a shisha and all the products and they came set it up showed me how to use within an hour. I didn't like the first shisha I took and they came back and swapped for a better shisha. I am from the UK and I find not everywhere in Dubai has good service but this shop is top quality service and very friendly staff. Very much recommend. Love my new shisha!!
