There are no many shops in this. Only some shops with storage are there. But many offices are functioning in the first and mezzanine floors.

Alright place for corporate offices and some nice company owned showrooms but the only challenge I faced was I could not find a washroom in here. Which is weird for a commercial place. ????

Great place, has all what you need as a DJ or voice over artist.
Expert staff, honest and give the right advice.
Prices are reasonable and realistic.

Al Joud center is a perfect place to shop your brands like Skechers, Umbro etc as there is the main branch and they sell the latest products.. And also you have the Tom & Serg in the same center. A peaceful and less crowded ambiance.

It's nice, it has a lot of things and offices and fitness center and a beauty polar if you don't know where you are going then you will definitely get lost inside there.
