I had purchased spray bottle and it was without any straw..On returning it the customer service representative was very rude despite giving the bill..Item purchased just a week back and he said within 3 days it had ro be rerurned and upon asking him they dont even have a return policy mentioned anywhere not even on the bill..I told him there is a way of handling customers politely and not a rude manner like this...I used to always buy from here but now rethinking my decision.. they have lost a usual customer...but I can accept being mistreated... but Management must warn staff against such behaviour to customer.

Lots of available parking space for costumers. If you're looking for low priced items, then this general store is for you. However, don't expect convenience during shopping due to narrow and most of the times, crowded isles.

I wish I could rate zero for rude behavior from the staff and customer service. Literally those guys yelling at me once am checking the display item that already opened by some other and arguing that am the one who did. I strongly recommend management to give proper training regarding customer service and behavior. As a customer we don't need to suffer their frustrating attitude

Place is Good for Buying all your House holds at a Good price, but poor in safety considering current situation as no one monitoring the safety protocols such as wearing MASKS (I've seen many customers not wearing mask properly and some staff too. Need to improve that ASAP. We felt so unsafe on our yesterday Visit.

Store is good. Quality of products is good with a huge variety. But the prices are on a higher side and expensive compared to other Al Kabayel stores.
