Some of there food is ok but the shawarma disgusting with lot of leafy stuff not lettuce some type of spinach and chicken skill which is chewey just to fill the stuff..first and last never visit again..

I just love their Shawarma. Freshly cooked, crispy and juicy shawarma tastes really good on each bite. Their deal of Watermelon juice, Shawarma and fries for 15 AED is a perfect combo for a quick bite.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at Al Khail Gate Express Restaurant. I had placed an order at 10:28 am and was promised a delivery time of 20 minutes by the order taker. However, the entire ordeal turned out to be a complete disaster.

Firstly, I was already hungry when I placed the order, and the prospect of receiving my food within 20 minutes was enticing. However, as time went on, my hunger grew, and by 11:12 am, I decided to call the restaurant to inquire about the delay. The order taker informed me that the food was still on its way.

At 11:30 am, after waiting for over an hour, I called again to express my frustration and demand an explanation for the delay. Once again, was given the same vague response that the food was on its way. It is important to note that the distance between my house and the restaurant is minimal, merely a walking distance, which makes the delay even more unacceptable.

Finally, after wasting precious time and patience, I had no choice but to cancel the order. This experience left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and let down by Al Khail Gate Express Restaurant's poor service and lack of professionalism

First they send wrong items and when you ask them for replacement they will make it even worse for you. Hair in egg sandwich and uncooked fried rice.

Change schezwan rice to red chilly rice, ginger twister wrap to dry boild chicken wrap. If your ingredients are over pls simply decline the prder. Worst food ever test.

Change the staffs in the restarant they dont want this cafteria to be success,poor customer satisfaction ,if you need food today order it yesterday itself

Poor customer service, guy in the counter is rude and is not accepting mistake and blaming customer for wrong order they took. also when you are ordering whole grilled chicken even you said not spicy, still you will received spicy one
