Horrible community to live in.
Bicycles are stolen on a monthly basis.
My bicycle and parts of my electric scooter got stolen last night. Security cameras are very pour quality. Images could not show clear, cheap cameras were used jeopardizing the safety and security of the people living here. I bought an apartment here, and considering to sell now.
Too many incidents.
People keeping mattresses on the balcony, which makes the community appear ugly.
Security and office do not help no matter how many complaints were sent and how many times we visited the office. Email sent to office was ignored and not replied to.
I feel like no one cares here or do their job properly. This is very bad considering the service charge that I pay every year.
There are wild cats everywhere and people keep feeding them, again matter reported no action taken. I would not recommend to buy here.
My cycles were stolen right infront of the building entrance. Imagine how safe it is here.

SECURITY : very rude. Barely speaks English. They suppose to be here for our safety . It’s the total opposite . I don’t feel safe around them. It’s disgraceful.

Management is totally useless. I dunno wat it will take for this management to get better. Probably nothing. They don’t care at all.

It has been our home since they opened, and I must say we were the first tenants on our floor, but after three months, the floor filled up. As the community improved little by little, I saw the difference from the beginning until now. It was so peaceful and beautiful. I love the community because it is animal friendly, and so we started doing TNR for all the cats. The cats are all healthy and vet-checked, but some ignorant tenants who think they're staying in Burj Al Arab complain, putting the lives of those innocent cats at risk. All the healthy cats were thrown away, we don't know what happened to them. Why does Dubai Municipality support TNR when they take even TNR'd cats? Even so, I love this community and hope that the management minds will be enlightened and they will realize the value of having these TNR'd. cats.

I hope they consider the overall benefits of cats they confer to society.

Interacting with animals has shown to decrease stress, reduce loneliness, increase a feeling of social support and boost your mood. Cats become a way of building a bridge for social interactions. In olden times, cats were considered a blessing since they protected our foodstuffs from vermin and people from plague. Children benefit from greater engagement with cats through fostering empathy with animals which in turn they become more compassionate to fellow humans.

As history and cats traits demand ownership. Cats too own a territorial ship. This is common in animals. This is indeed a good reason to drive away unwanted strangers (other cats) who visit the community. This in a way keeps the community safe and avoids unnecessary chaos. Secondly, most of the cats of our society have been neutered (TNR done), thanks to some good citizens who live in our community and spread a good cause. We need to educate ourselves and others too as the world is changing. If we call ourselves ‘human’ then the first step is to being Human not in words but in deeds. Nothing beats a one-on-one relationship with a community cat. In return a lot of love and fulfilment.

Al khail mall & Madina supermarket is near...
Each Building has gym which is very good...
Waiting for kids play & swimming pool...

Look people what i have find infront of my door, and informed the security they havent done anything.
Im so disappointing this is 06a building, apartment 405.
If u are looking to help the people as u guys are saying do something useful
