Stayed here for two months between June and August 2023 and i really liked it! The rooms were luxurious and modern. The facilities were very functional but best of all the staff were all extremely cooperative and helpful!
Very courteous and always catered to all my requests without hesitation.
Really would recommend this place whole heartedly!

The supervisor of the reception area needs to learn about customer service from other hotels.
They called me about five times and asked me repeatedly to come downstairs and different days and say that the manager wants to speak to you about the damage.
After the few times I finally went downstairs and the spoke with him and he said there was the dirty towel in the room and that's considered damage which is ridiculous in the past 10 years is staying in different hotels on my business trips. I have never had a discussion with a hotel manager about a dirty towels.

And for renewing or extending your estate every time they ask you to come to the reception area and it takes them 30 minutes to find the reservation but in any other hotel you just called from your room and change the reservation or extended reservation.

The parking is underground and terrible design and spacing and every time you park your car or you come and go you damage your car and sometimes there are no parking spot.

Also the gym area has TVs. We showed you the menu only and nothing else and if you want to change it there is no option and same goes for the TV in your room and old TV which cannot connect to your phone with basic channels.

The housekeeping service Enter the room when there was. Do not disturb light on which means they shouldn't go to the room without your permission. But when I speak to the supervisor of the hotel just says that he's not sure. And even after checking the system and seeing that I am telling the truth he failed to apologize.

The restaurant on the hotel offers basic food and the prices are very high.

A place in Dubai where hospitality can be learned – Al Khoory Atrium Hotel

Right from the entry to exit, the experience was amazing. Everyone in the Hotel tries to go above and beyond for the best services. The Housekeeping crew was amazing especially Mr.Santosh who make towel art for us the way they took care of us was really amazing. Our rooms were always spotless, all the amenities were well stocked and the way they keep their smiles on all day long is a perfect example of Hospitality.

The hotel is amazing. If it was in a better location, I am pretty sure the price per night would have been much higher. The staff also are very friendly especially Movin who always left my room very tidy and clean! Thank you again ????????

Very good Hotel near to the Mall of Emirates. Metro Station Mashreq is nearby, too. Rooms are very clean. I Love the Pool with a great view on Ski Dubai! The sun beds are comfortable and the staff helps very much especially Anshul. Thank you, I will come back again.

My stay at the hotel has been very hospitable. They make you feel at home here, rooms are cleaned everyday by a wonderful group of cleaners who know what they're doing, I'll definitely be booking with the Al Khoory Atrium hotel again. There's a lot of restaurants near by and even the Emerites mall. 25 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to Dubai mall and very close to all the attractions in Dubai

This hotel is very good and clean and very accommodating. I only put this review on because a man called kashif was so polite and done such a good job cleaning my room. He went the extra mile helping me cleaning my room and making it feel like a place I want to stay forever. Thanks Kashif for making my experience great.

I have been staying with my family in the hotel for the last 10 days. Along with the ambiance of the hotel, I would like to put my special appreciation to the service provided in the hotel. The hospitality and the housekeeping services are just great. Sincere appreciation to Kashif and Aisar who have been so friendly and providing services with Smile. Like their attitude towards work and Guests.
