Very nice hotel and well located . Staffs are always smiling, very helpful,caring and make your stay memorable. Special thanks to Mr Nasir and Ms Saima at the reception, Danish and all those who were there to make my stay always memorable..!

My sons' and I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in the last week of April 2023 and the hotel was pretty busy. The hotel facilities are quite impressive in general.

Food-wise the breakfast was good, I enjoyed the tea provided and the croissants, but I would request the chefs to pay attention when a guest requests for a well-done egg (I know this seems minor but some of us simply do not like a runny egg :-) )

The pool attendants are very attentive and even though the pool was quite crowded they were quick to help when requested.

The only issue that mired our stay was housekeeping;
1. They need to do a through cleaning of the rooms and ensure that the mirrors are cleaned and toilet seats are clean everyday. We found streaks on mirrors several days and mentioned this to the reception. We noted the tub was also not cleaned well or not cleaned at all.
2. The hotel needs to provide toilet bowl scrubbers in the toilets. Not sure if this is done in such hotels, but this would really help guests to leave the toilets in a better state.
3. Lastly when kid's have accidents on the beds they need to change the sheets and the underlying beddings I had to request for them to come again to change sheets in the evening, even though I had mentioned the issue to the receptionist during the day after housekeeping had left the first time (My pain issue is having to make multiple requests to reception, which can be frustrating).

Though the bathroom are impressive there is no privacy if you travelling with kids and you want to use the beautiful tub, some sort of door or barrier would really help.

Great location being the hotel is situated very close to the city center and the airport is only a short drive away. Top notch hospitality, the services and staff are wonderful. The reception team good and breakfast is very nice and b/f team made our stay really enjoyeble, special thanks to Flordelyn, not forgetting the very nice rooms. Generally the hotel ambience contributed to our amazing experience in Dubai. Thank you.

This hotel is wayyy more awesome than I expected. The staffs are friendly, rooms are fabb and looking at the outside view, you wont expect the interior to be so awesome. Its full of lush green. Have many amazing photo spots. The complimentary breakfast was good, an average breakfast. The rooms are really so different from other typical hotel rooms

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and the services where excellent. The manager Mr Muhammad and the staffs where always available to assist me when need arises.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to someone coming to Dubai. In my next visit to Dubai I will definitely stay at this wonderful Hotel.

Yesterday afternoon (July 29) I had a late check-in. I was greeted and assisted by Pratishya. I informed her of my request unfortunately it was not available as of that moment. She asked me to wait for a few minutes, although she confided me that she will do her best to accomodate my request. I patiently waited. To my abacked she did not just made my request possible but go beyond and above my expectation by providing a room upgrade. She really made my day!
Thank you Pratishya you really outperform your job designation by connecting to your guests, knowing that I drove all the way from AUH. How you made me special is the reason I keep coming back to your establishment... Job well done!!! this is how it should be done ???????? how you made your guests feel is the true measure of excellent customer service.

It's really amazing hotel I just love the staff n everyone out there .The comfort & ambience is just lovely .
The cleaning female staff was really cooperative alot .
Loved it will surely visit again❤️
