Very calm during the morning hours. There are a lot of restrooms and vending machines along the track. Towards the end you’ll find small cafeterias that sell fresh juices and tea. There’s also an outdoor workout area where you’ll find pull up bars, battle ropes etc…

Its an open for all beach, although it is not direct to the open sea, its like a cove kind of beach, but well maintain white sand, jogging track, cycling track, open gym facilities, cafe, gazebo in multiple locations, safety line on water, guards in multiple location, shower in multiple location, toilet facilities in multiple location, no entrance fee, parking is free, chilled water vendor machine and free filtered chilled water available in multiple location too, so don't worry if you don't bring water from home, just keep small notes 5,10 or 20, or coins to use vendor machine, Water sport activities often seen like jet skiing, but didn't see rental area for it, slipway at one end is available for boat owners, people mainly come for jogging, cycling, swimming, or just strolling around the areas, popular time during early morning and afternoon. Around 5KM track from one end to another. Have a visit and enjoy the calm and nice breeze in the early morning, and crowds but enjoyable place to spend time in the afternoon as the beach is like a U shape where everyone spread around it.

Nice for walking / running / cycling. Almost 4 kms from Mamzar park to Sharjah border. Little discontinuity for cycling track in between.

Nice in the late evenings moving around sea on excellent weather. Many a times crowded and people / kids crossing all the times. Lots of free parking all along. Beach is very close. A lot of people in the beach or water. Couple of places for food / tea.

If coming to rest, get chairs too.
