One of the worst companies in customer service, been chasing them for 3-4 weeks now to get a quotation for the work.. first time they visited with only one technician who left saying that he’d need another technician to help him do the checking of the issue, second time two technicians visited and left saying that they’d need to cut the washroom ceiling (although there are removable false ceiling through which they can check the AC) and closed the job without any quotation! I called again to open the same service request and no one bothered to follow up. After several calls of me complaining, a technician went again and explained the issue, and promised to send a quotation, its been 3 business days now without a quotation, i spoke to him today and he didnt even bother and was like if you want to check another maintenance company to go ahead!

Save your time and effort and find another maintenance company as this one is a complete waste of time and efforts.

I came here to review, and as I expected, there's a general dissatisfaction with this company , you guys either change your management or close your company at all ,. I'm a simple tenant living in a Damac Building., Damac suggested us to Muffeed to fix our AC issue. When we called, it took forever to answer . When they finally answered, a half-asleep lady picked up. She couldn't assist us , asked us to call back tomorrow because they fully booked , We requested to schedule an appointment for tomorrow, but she refused to do, insisting that we call again tomorrow anyway, she's didn’t want to move a finger , i dont recommend this company, search for anyone else.

The worst company ever! Always late for 30 minutes and take it as normal! Never answer calls! Need to wait at least 20 minutes!! Useless with fixing ! One week was waiting for their schedule and money collection in advance! And only accept cash which I have to run to change by myself as they don’t have change!! After they came for fixing AC for cooling AC started leaking !! No respect! No care for customers!

No surprise the score is so low... I should first read the reviews before asking for an appointment. They called me that technical team would come after 6.30 pm. Nobody came and Nobody informed me that team eventually will not come. I just wasted 1 night waiting for them. Not professional at all

one of the worst companies. they were doing HVAC work in my apartment, the technicians were just chilling in house, killing time, delaying work.

I have never seen such an unprofessional property management companies. Absolutely disgusting services.

Try to avoid building with this company maintainance. They will make your stay a nightmare regardless how good your place. Wondering how Dubai government allows such inappropriate service and scam company. Why big developers hire them, if they are only spoiling their reputation.
Never pay them in advance. You will run after them for long time. They have no mercy, no human kinds.

It has been 3rd day still my flat ac didnt fix . They took full avance and after no response . If you try to connect impossible to reach them . UNSATISFACTORY service . Not ever recommended to work with them . Definitely next time leasing a apartment i will make sure the maintenance group should not ALMUFEED.DIASTER SERVICE. Building lavender 2 damac

Avoid at all cost. You will waste your time trying to get anything done, even for an emergency. No one picks up the phone, and when you go through Damac/LOAMS they always say they're 10 minutes away but never show up. It's been 2 days without AC and it looks like it will be a third one...

This is the location of the public bus stop at Padstow quay. There is a shelter and a list of buses and timetables.
There are public toilets located very nearby (free amazingly).
