I'v just done car renewal testing today here, it took 7 mins exactly to finish the car test, was very impressed and Mr. Waqas is proffisionl and was very helpful and explained everything to me, well done. I difenitly recommend this place for car registration and renewal.

Extremely poor service. Broken chairs. No one wants to work. They don't even do photocopy of documents. That also we have to bring otherwise they charge you for it. The parking is not near the entrance and reception but exactly at the other end. Right from planning and designing to service as well as attitude of staff every thing is zero stars.

I am very disappointed with their VIP service.

1. Upon reaching the testing bay, I had to stand and wait in the heat while the employees were busy talking despite the fact I was standing right in front of them. They didn't bother asking why I was standing even though I put my car in the testing bay right in front of their eyes. Secondly, when they noticed I started to complain in Arabic, they asked what I wanted even when their colleagues informed them that I wanted to renew my vehicle registration. Third, after giving me the receipt, the guy didn't know where I had to go next, which is highly unprofessional.

2. Paying for VIP would mean you would be served as priority but instead we were seated in the ordinary counters and had to wait over 15 minutes just like the ordinary process which didn't make any sense considering we asked for VIP and was charged for the VIP service.

3. When my turn popped up, I asked to renew my vehicle registration, but the lady said they don't renew vehicles and I should instead renew it online or through the smart kiosk. AGAIN, WHY ARE YOU CHARGING VIP FEES WHEN THE SERVICE PROVIDED WAS SELF SERVICE?????

4. I also asked for the sports car license plate, they asked me to go and serve myself by asking the license plate department,AGAIN, WHY ARE YOU CHARGING VIP FEES WHEN THE SERVICE PROVIDED WAS SELF SERVICE?????

In the end, I'm surprised how unprofessional this center is and how it even exists in Dubai. I will make sure that this goes to the upper authority for the most miserable customer service of the year award. I have never expected this low degree of customer service, considering I registered my vehicles in Tasjeel using VIP services. MONEY IS NOT IMPORTANT, BUT WHEN YOU ARE CHARGING FOR A PARTICULAR SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER EXPECTS THE SERVICE IN RETURN.

One of the good places for vehicle testing and registration. There are 6 lanes for testing with a kind professional crew. The process is fast and all the staff are polite and kind and very professional. Location is good and ample place to park. Also with the availability of the vending machine for the registration card and also for renewal of driving license, this is one of the best places for many services related to RTA.

Just registered my vehicle yesterday , they requested me to pay the fee so I gave them my debit card (UAE bank ) they swap the card then they said it’s not working and we can re swap agin after 30 minutes i told them its very strange they said this is the rolls however I told them I will pay cash , so I used the same card to draw from the ATM there .
The Transaction done I went to receive the plate number from plate factory they said still we did not receive the order yet from the counter so I came back agin to counter and I requested them to issue the order how ever after 2 requests without response the guy who is working in the factory left to the counter and he stayed there till they issue the order which take around 20 mints . Bad experience will never be back there agin will chose another place for any rta transaction

Lazy staff. It's like we are there to get some donations from them. I went 9.30 am and 0 waiting in queue before my token. Still, they took 30 mins to call me after finishing all their chats, jokes, and phone calls. Most importantly, they are very rough talking to customers. No any pleasant experience. And this is not the first time for me here. I have same experience in the past.

If I have an option to complain, I would have definitely complained on my experience in this center. I paid my money, bought a car and went there for registration. But what I felt from the staff was I did some crime and I am in a verdict. From the receptionist to the guy who gave the number plate, you will pray to god to get out of that office somehow.

I have never experienced a worse scenario like this in my entire life in this country. Customer experience is pathetic. If you still want to go there, expect the disregard, disrespect and a very difficult time in your life.

Worst service,
Worst behaviour of receptionist.
Long queue all the time
No advance issuing of token
If you are visiting to this testing centre be prepare for disrespect and disregard.
Make up your mind for long queues.
No one bothered you and your time, just because your commercial vehicle cannot be test anywhere else in dubai, you have to wait or go to home. Come next day.
I don’t have no option thats why I bare this behaviour.
If you have private vehicle, please don’t come here.
Strong recommendation.
