Albarsha 1 staff is very rude. They really misbehaved with me when I visited them yesterday. They are racist as well. They were treating their own nationality ( philipino) very politely . And they were treating us like as we are not customer bus their subordinate. I am their regular customer but due to their behaviour I will not visit them again.

I complaint to them on Instagram but seems like they are not professional enough that how to handle the customer complaints.

Really I would say that owner of Muzna should pay attention and hire some professional staff. Education is important. When you will hire an illiterate staff this is how they will treat the people.

they took a long time to attend to me and the assistant was a suspicious paranoid that even got into messing the options of my credit card. I will not ever return, horrible treatment and low quality.

Nice place with quality clothes but very rude Philippines lady with a very bad attitude, unprofessional, racist, especially if you're an African she will almost follow you to the changing room... It's not worth your time and money

The pady closed the shop in my face at 11 am saying she has to clean the shop and i have to come at 2 pm!!! Although working hours from 10:30 am to 11:30 pm

I came at 11am I saw the entrance floor was dry but a bit dirty I greeted her I said "how are you? but she didn't replay, she look at me with the rude face and said "OMG what is this you make the floor dirty i said " excusme is not from my shoes she said yes it is". again with a rude face I can see it because she didnt wearing a mask at that time. One think that I dont like is why should she judge people by their appearance. She is very nice and kind to another women at the store but very rude to me. Don't ask me her name I dont even want to ask. I almost going to cancel and go but i need clothes for a meeting in the evening. The store is Nice and affordable been there 3 times already since we move to this area in al barsha 1.
