Ordered tea and some snacks (chickpeas).
Was pretty tasty. Bith the tea and snack. Was little bit spicy. Close to thr paid parking zone, so having a nearby parking space is an advantage in this congested area. Ambiance is not that great and won't recommend for families. It's mainly a workman's restaurant.

PIease ignore my comments. It is applicable to Am Naji mandi and not Al Naji. Restaurant employees are very rude. Not giving respect to the customers

I had only recently moved to Boots as my NHS preferred Pharmacy and I am delightfully amazed by the standard of customer service and help beyond the call of duty I received. I had issues with my mobility device while in motion sending me into panic. The staff were up to help and serve me on the scooter, a good distance from the service desk. Quite an overwhelming experience. Impressive, delightful and one I am immensely grateful for.

There is a lady that works on the pharmacy counter her name is Penny. She is amazing. I’ve watched her many times with the older generation she is patient with them.
Penny is always considerate of people’s needs.
One day I was picking up a prescription for my mum. Kept getting DOB mixed up with my sons. We laughed. Finally got there.
On another occasion I had no voice but she was kind and patient again and she the details she needed.
She is an assist to your business

This pharmacy closes 1-2 for lunch. Been doing so for years apparently I was bluntly told when I mentioned it's not on their website. Not much good for newcomers. Website needs updating and staff should have a better attitude.

Staffing is a joke. 4 at the prescriptions section and one poor girl at the till. She was also having to deal with customers picking up
their packages and trying to locate lost packages. It was extra busy being so close to Christmas. The queue was 15 deep and counting. The 4 staff at the prescriptions section, including the manager, just looked on as this poor girl tried to cope. There were other working tills available but not used. The manager should be sacked. This branch is clearly being run for the benefit of the manager and her chosen staff and let’s down the Boots name.

I use this pharmacy a couple of times a year and the staff are usually really friendly. The girl that served me today had a really rude way of asking questions and was giving me extremely dirty looks. Maybe she had me confused with someone else, but it was very strange. I was polite and calm, but I left feeling disappointed to have been treated that way. I’ll give this place a miss for now. It’s a shame as they’ve been lovely in there for years. Thank you to the nice pharmacist for the friendly chats and advice, but the new one is horrible! The security guard was really sound and friendly. 15/07/22 *Update: I’m surprised to have not had a reply or apology from the pharmacy. Will now advise my family and friends to avoid this pharmacy as well. I wouldn’t want them to be spoken to so rudely and looked at like they’re scum, by the female pharmacist with black hair that works there.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, even though they have to put up with some really rude customers on occasion, the pharmacist lilly is really good, never makes you feel rushed and explains everything, ive had to start new medication recently and shes been a great help and put my mind at ease, an asset to the store! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!!

Bad experience. I have found the staff in here over the years very pleasant and helpful, but the new pharmacy assistant ( July 2022 ) was very rude. Update, August 2022, same Pharmacy Assistant rude again, despite my courtesy - but other staff very pleasant and helpful as usual though.
