I wouldn’t call this a boot fair after being there myself today.
I’d say 97% of people here are professional antique and vintage sellers. You can find a bargain but it’s a hard search as your “normal” sellers are few and far between.
It was a well organised venue for what they do.
I will add some images to this review.

Always good bargains and fun to be had here. It is worth showing up early if you are keen on the real gems as they go fast, but there is a good mix of sellers offering a bit of everything for everyone. Bring cash as the nearest cash point ie about 10 mins walk away at the co-op by Chiswick Station.

I've been an amateur seller at this venue and over the years also sold at the old Wimbledon dog track, Denham, Shepperton and others and have to say this is my favourite, which is very well organised, with tables available to rent and did it with my wife and 16month old and we had lots of fun with a great atmosphere.

For suggestions as an amateur seller, get here early, but I'd say even getting to the line for 5am on the day should be OK to get in, but obviously the earlier you go the better.
Be sure to bring food supplies to keep you going till finish as you won't have much time to line up at the food truck available.

I'm very much a seller of my own items and whenever I do a boot sale it is to get rid of items so am always open to negotiate! My last boot sale will be tomorrow 5th June and wanted to take this opportunity to thank the organisers and good people (both buyers and sellers) who I've had the pleasure to meet.
