I lost my phone in a taxi. I rung in and I spoke to a young g over the phone. he was very helpful and got ahold of the driver straight away and got him to drop my phone off at my house. Great trustworthy company with brilliant staff

Really surprised how far they go to help customers. Lost my phone in a taxi. They chased me up using my email from the app they have. They emailed me and asked me to come and collect it. Very good was surprised how helpful they were

If I could give 0 stars i would. The worst sevice ever, you calling for taxi and have to wait almost an hour! And couple times it didn't appear at all. You guys have to learn some customer service skills. I don't recommend this company.
