I had a massage today by Sarah as I’ve been having trouble with the right side of my neck and shoulders, the welcome was nice and made me feel really relaxed straight away, the salon was really nicely presented and clean, the massage room was clean and calm, Sarah made me feel really comfortable and relaxed which is something we all want before a massage. The massage itself was absolutely brilliant, I’ve had massages before but the neck, back and shoulder massage was brilliant and I feel so much better for it, so much so I’ve booked again for 2 weeks time and also booked a full body for my other half! Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Sarah for a number of years now and always find her friendly and professional. She is very reasonably priced and listens to me and what I want. She is an excellent masseuse and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been seeing Sarah for massages etc for years and always find her friendly, professional and friendly. She always listens to what I want and, when I have an aromatherapy massage mixes the exact oils to really relax me and help with any ailments I may have at the time. The prices are great too so it is excellent value for money no matter what treatment you go for.

If you are looking for a professional and friendly therapist look no further than Regis Holistic and Beauty in Aldwick. I've experienced many treatments from massages to foot therapies, from spray tans to eye brow tinting and I can honestly say that I've always received the highest level of care. Sarah's professional manner ensures that she is completely up to date with any health care / medical changes since my last appointment (even though I've been visiting her for years), her detailed paperwork and caring approach just add to the complete sense of confidence I feel during treatments. Utter relaxation felt recently after a massage followed by a facial was worth its weight it gold. Visit Regis Holistic Therapy and find your relaxation, you won't regret it.

Sarah is such a lovely and professional person, I look forward to every visit to Regis Holistic & Beauty. The salon is easily accessible and lovely and tranquil once inside. I have had many treatments here, from massages to facials, tanning to sugaring - always getting the results I went in for. I now use the Eve Taylor skin care range every day and you really do see such a difference and it's all natural! Sarah will always do a full consultation with you when you first go and then check over everything before starting any treatments, which gives me so much confidence that I will get the best and most suitable treatment. I first went to see Sarah as my back was so knotted up from working a desk job and after just a couple of massages I was feeling so much better and walking taller.

I was so excited when Sarah started doing teen facials too, my daughter suffers with acne and since her first facial using the Eve Taylor Teen range she has kept to her routine every day and her skin is improving. The first thing she said to me when we left the salon was "wow, when can I have another facial?", she loved it.

I would highly recommend Regis Holistic & Beauty, Sarah is so talented at what she does and is always training in new areas and introducing new treatments to their already huge range. I'm so glad I discovered this place, I won't go anywhere else now.

I have been to Regis Holistic and Beauty several times and for many different treatments including massages and facials and cannot recommend Sarah enough. Her kind and friendly manner always puts me at ease. Sarah is extremely professional and keeps concise records of all treatments and issues or concerns you may have so she can give you the best and safest experience possible. I always come away feeling totally relaxed and can't wait for my next treatment which i book in advance. Although in a busy area parking is very easy at the little free car park round the corner. I recommend you book a treatment with Sarah you will not be disappointed.

Wow! I can not express how amazing I feel after having a treatment with Sarah!
I felt so relaxed & comfortable I honestly could have fallen asleep!
Sarah is so easy to talk to, friendly & makes you feel very comfortable yet still maintaining to be be very professional.
I was so impressed with the standard of higene & the attention to detail.
The treatment was so good & everything was explained to me before & then given after treatment advice.
Will definitely be going back!!!

I recommend all the marvellous treatments and products available from Sarah at Regis Holistic and Beauty and thoroughly recommend treating yourself or a loved one very soon. Sarah is a caring professional, offering great advice and fantastic products. Having enjoyed facials by Sarah, I now have a daily Eve Taylor skincare routine, which leaves my skin looking noticeably revitalised. One of my favourite treatments is the Heavenly Hot Salt Poultice Massage, using the lovely Spa Find products, especially the Heavenly Hydration Coconut Oil used in this treatment.
