I’m confused as to why this taxi service has a lower star rating than hertford taxis. Used them twice in over a week and they’re so friendly and punctual. They even let me bring my dog as I needed a lift to the vet - all other taxi places said no. Anyway, they’re my local place of choice now!

Used them for years.
Driver was on time, polite and drove sensibly. I’m a nervous passenger but felt relaxed. I would recommend.

Enquired about a price for an Easter Sunday. Should have been £22 usually, though with the Easter weekend I expected to pay more. Was quoted £75 as they clearly just want to squeeze people as much as possible. Terrible.

Would not pick up from Bayford but at least answered and gave a sensible response. Good service though I didn’t get a cab. Recommend if closer to Hertford.

Called yesterday to book a pick up for 8 this morning and was told it was booked. No show by 8.05 so I called the number and the guy picked up after the second time clearly still in bed. Poor.
