I remember my father holding me and my brother's hand and taking me here for juma and all in the 80s and 90s .. it still remains the same ... well maintained , serene.

Beautifully designed, well maintained and one of the largest mosque in the Al Karama. Will have memorable and mindful prayer in the calm environment.
Plenty of space for ablution and other amenities are provided for the faithful.

Beautiful mosque. Good size for wudhu and bathroom areas. Mosque can be divided into two sections, with the mosque completely open for Friday prayers. Parking can be difficult to find. Restaurants are available close by as well as a Lulu hypermarket store. Beautiful mosque in the middle of a busy area.

Avoid at all costs! No barrier when going in or out , no visible ticket machines or information how to pay! Nothing in the shopping centre so assumed it was free parking! Then gets a £60 penalty through the door for using the car park! They can take me to court for this! Never had a ticket of any kind!

Once again, the car park is becoming a haunt for vandals. Some one is going to get seriously injured or killed if the owners don't take action to stop the ned hurling stuff off the upper floors. I would avoid using this car park if parking here in the dark, this place really needs shutting down if the owners won't do anything. Today the alley between Buzz Bingo and the car park is littered with large chunks of stone thrown off the top deck last night, absolute joke of a place.

Absolute Disgrace. I am a carer for vulnerable children and I was taking a young boy to the shops on Christmas Eve to get food for Christmas Day and comforting items for himself as it was his first Christmas away from his family.

I entered the car park where the barriers were up. There was no ticket option as I entered. I looked around for ways to pay for as long as I could considering I was caring for a child and in a rush on Christmas Eve. Apparently the signage is ‘clear and visible’, not at all.

I was in the car park for less than 30 minutes and received a call from my manager saying I have a £60 fine. No option for my care company to simply pay the original fine, so as a carer working a night shift on Christmas Eve I have to pay the fine.

Thank you very much. Can’t wait to revisit.

This car park is poorly operated with little or no visual instructions for visitors. It operates a free drive in service giving first impressions that its a disused parking lot. When you search for signs to pay there is no clear visual instructions. Again indicating that it is not in use. Barely a car to be seen.
Don’t chance it there is a camera that clocks you gong in and out. Was stung for a £60 for parking ticket for 15 mins.
The paper work that was sent gave more suspicion that it was a rouge company. Now I have a supposed Dept collection letter for £180.
Needless to say the courts will decide if I’ve to pay this amount not them.

I parked here earlier this year and have just picked up post from my old address - a series of letters demanding payment of fines and surcharges. On the day I parked pay machines were not in operation and the barriers were in the up position.

Something not right.

PS added in 2021 - eventually got notification that the fine had been revoked - had to contact multiple organisations to get to the bottom of it

New, confusing ticket/payment system again.
They have replaced the entry and payment systems again. It is barrierless entry and exit using ANPR (presumably). But the payment machines have very poor instructions and are deliberately confusing to use. The note on the side says pay as you are about to leave not when you enter.
When you go to pay at the end of your visit you type in your registration, then it just says insert cash (No Change) but does NOT indicate how much you are supposed to pay! It relies on you remembering what time you entered and work out how many hours that is & how much to pay, then it gives you a ticket!
It seems designed to catch people out so that they can issue fines later if you don't understand or accidentally pay too little. Not giving change seems very convenient too. At least you don't need to sometimes use the 2nd exit barrier lane as that is almost impossible to drive through without damaging your wheels unless you are in a microcar.

Run by a bunch of charlatans who try bully people into paying £100 for one hour of parking. (Would have been Zero but that is not an option).

Good reply, I can see your point for people who blatantly abuse the system, however £100 for a genuine mistake? Come on. Well good news is that the person involved will be parking elsewhere in future, somewhere that isn't Falkirk, which is a shame because the Town Centre needs all the business it can get at the moment.
