Of course, no idea for solving problems...
Sort of mini buses. For comfort just for New drivers, to make them morę related during colecting experience on Road. No option to build up their self confidence in delivering best customer transport.

think more should be put in place with people smoking smack and crack in buses especially with kids on and people that don't want to breathe that in, it's okay bus driver's telling them but they should be kicked off because they'll just keep doing it always 126 and 268 to Wakefield

Im disgusted in your service for 195&196. I live in Doncaster traveled to Wakefield to get a bus to see my dad thats a widow. Doesn’t see many people I waited over an hour not one bus . I had to tell my dad couldnt risk not been able to get back for a train. You really need to get this service sorted!!!

it would be nice if i could get to work on time regularly, instead we have canceled services or services that are so late they might as well not be running, it would also be nice to not have to wait for up to an hour or more after work for a bus to even turn up, i would happily pay more for any other service than arriva, they don't care about customers, if they did these problems wouldn't have been going on for well over a year now

The worst bus company ever! Every rime busses are late in Rothwell and today without announcement they close my bus stop and of course the driver at 13:12 (the looser from the pic) on wood lane road didn't stop. This will never happen if you really care about tour customers. Iwill get sacked from work because of you! Soon I will buy a car and will never use your crappy services again!

Arriva yorkshire - "a bus might turn up or it might not, thats your problem not ours". This is how it feels with them. They are a terrible provider of public services and if your journey can be completed another way, that would be your safest option. Even if a bus does turn up, the route might change without notice, they might decide they aren't giving change or it could be something equally bad that hasn't happened yet.

When their busses turn do turn up, far too often the drivers are surley and rude. The busses have signs saying to remain seated until the bus stops - HA! If you do that the drivers more often than not won't stop. And if you really them you wanted the stop they drive past they just get rude and say you should have rung the bell... regardless of how and when you pressed the bell.

It's time arriva busses went the same way as the trains and were taken over by the government because the management here has failed, and continues to do so every passing day.

Their customer service is non-existent because they just do not care about their customers. They direct you to a website to make a complaint, the result of which is they offer you a free day ticket. They don't make any attempt to rectify the problems. The good side of this is learning to drive in my 40s so I don't have to gamble with getting to work in Leeds (I work in the NHS and need reliable transport).

The irony is, they are owned by a German public transport company who are actually good. In Japan a bus is late if its more than a minute after its due. In arriva a bus is late if the sky is pink, elephants are dancing gangnam style and the time is custard. A truly ridiculous company who need to leave this business.

Very poor service. Constantly late, thats if they run at all. You complain, and all you get back is the exact same response. Shambles.

Arriva update their bus timetable.
We get a later bus in a morning making everyone late for work.
You give us a bus every 15 minutes then cancel buses left right and centre when we are trying to get home.
Arriva are not a service anymore as they obviously do not care about customers/passengers.
