Very poor service cashier busy in phone even ask for the cigarettes no response at first and later get rude and argue

I thought this is a 24 hours delivery . no one picking up the call and they did’nt even replying on whatsapp . plsss dont post that this supermarket is 24 hours !!!!

This was the nearest super market to our hotel.
Seems to have a lot of options in terms of brand and products, but everything is squeezed into a small space making it a bit difficult to find what you want as well as to navigate the store with other customers in there.
The prices are reasonable but more expensive than some places.
Accepts credit cards or cash. There's only one cash register but the queue moves quickly. Good for quick visits to grab something that you need and be out.

Very bad service
It was posted free delivery but they refused to deliver because they don’t know the building which is just about 5 mins away from their location.
What a shame!!!!!!
Very rude and was really disappointed.

very rude staff and i have to call multiple times for my order and i've been a customer for a while. they are just mannerless. when it comes to paying they will take even the files that you would say you might not have but when it comes to them giving the change back they will not even hear it and leave, you talk about complaining about them they will clearly say ok go make complain like they don't care.

Trash Delievery and unmannered staff . had to wait for 15 hours to get the delivery for groceries and the staff don't even care about customer reputation
