I was at the store this month and your salesman was not very professional and he would not give us breakdown of the cost. I am little hesitant if the gold has any purety because he was cheating me on the making charges

A prestigious jewelry store in Dubai. In comparison to some other reviews I can say that I always have been welcomed kindly from the male staff and could negotiate a good price... ;)

My recent visit to the jewelry shop was quite a disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional and their behavior was rude, ignoring us and speaking impolitely when I requested more variety. This is far from the level of service and hospitality one should expect from a prestigious jewelry retailer and could easily lead to an embarrassing situation for you and your family. To avoid such a scenario, I would strongly suggest seeking alternative options for purchasing fine jewelry.

I bought some pieces of gold here and it was a nice stay here. The seller was very friendly and was able to find something that fits to me.
We spent about two hours in this store and due to the A/C it was a little bit cold ;-)

We came to your shop at gold souk but no one is assisting us properly and even treating us rudely. We are asking question and your staff are not properly attending us and even answering us very unprofessional as if we are not customer. You should train your staff properly on this shop. I hope they are not treating others like this! To be honest, I dont recommend this shop to anyone.

Me and my friend went on your gold souk shop and was treated by your staff rudely. We are asking questions and assistance but your staff is not even paying attention and doesn't even bother answering our questions and talking with us in a very bad way. I don't even recommend a star for these guys! This is the worst customer service
experience we ever had!!!!. I don't recommend shopping here if you want to be treated fairly.

They’re amazing,
Visited this store twice and honestly they’re the only ones I felt comfortable enough to buy from. They’re really friendly and took the time to explained every little detail of each item to their customers. No cheating and no waste of time for sure. Tell them the price you prefer and they will do their best, not like other sellers. I would definitely buy from them again in the future.
