Sibsey Trader Windmill stands tall as a magnificent symbol of history and craftsmanship. This beautifully restored windmill offers visitors a unique glimpse into the past, showcasing the ingenuity of traditional milling and providing a fascinating educational experience. The surrounding grounds of Sibsey Trader Windmill are well-maintained, with picnic areas and nature trails that offer a chance to relax and enjoy the countryside. The peaceful ambiance creates a sense of tranquility, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely stroll or a family outing. This windmill was closed the day we visited but is was as beautiful and magnificent this way too.

A maintained and operation mill although not at the moment due to sail repairs. A little tricky to navigate the stairs which are more like ladders.
Not a bad cream tea from the on site tea room either with scones and cakes made using the flour.

Preserved / restored Gem. well worth a visit to this complete windmill, all floors are accessible apart from the gail gear room as its a dangerous area. mill produce is available and a good range of condiments. its a peaceful location with an atmosphere of the past.

Gorgeous old windmill with tearooms, set in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. This was our 3rd visit and we were sad to see that due to storm damage last year the sails had been removed, but very glad to hear that plans are in motion for restoration work to bring the mill back to its former glory. Still a great place to visit. The tea rooms are very reasonable, as is the entrance fee to the mill tower.
A great place to spend a hour or so. ????

This is one of our favourite lunch stops. Only a small tea room but your patience will be rewarded with a lovely lunch. The mill requires some urgent work which is on the hands of English Heritage, however it is a scheduled monument and when it is back to working order it is a must visit when you are in Lincolnshire.

A great place to pop in to the cafe for a drink and something to eat. The windmill is impressive and well worth a visit.

Found tea room/ cafe on the coldest day of the year. Windmill wasn't open due to problems with the machinery but we enjoyed our coffee and cake and had long chat with volunteer who was very helpful and gave us tourist brochures to take away. The cafe is small but crammed with various types of clocks, it also had a decent snack menu but signs point out there could be a wait if the cafe is busy. Would go again.
