I went to the Art& Design library with a friend the other day. We wanted to discover it and see what it was like. It’s honestly a beautiful and calm place to be. So quiet and well planed. My self and my friend are both designers and come from an art background and it felt much needed to be able to find a place like that. There are art galleries on display, an auditorium and many facilities more. It’s a shame that it’s not opened on weekends where one can escape and go study or catch up on some readings. They have an amazing section dedicated to kids with a movie section and dedicated help to look out for the kids. Can’t wait to make my way over there again.

Very inspiring environment for designers and artists .. also it is very good space for having focused time to read/ work / study and reserach..
unfortunately limited seates available.. they can change some of the sofa seats with no back with more comfortable seats to accommodate more people

I love this place. You can study, read, well stocked with apple computers and relaxation chairs. The area to study is small but very nice

Al Safa Art & Design Library is a nice, Modern, Library that is suitable for people who are interested in design and people who would just like to get some work done.

The thing that distinguishes this library more than other libraries in the city is it’s modern and cool design.

very nice and inspiring design
quite place to study and reading
although not a lot of seats but the place is not crowded so you will find a seat for yourself

You can assess anything you need in a library and the front desk ladies are so helpful and willing to help.
Very good environment for reading, and contemplating

I have never seen like this cozy ,clean ,comfortable and light library in my life. The staff overall are so friendly and nice people. God bless the Government and the people of Dubai for their great and humble hearts to help people in such a big luxury library . I might say UAE is a paradise on earth.

We had an amazing experience..elegantly designed with separate kids section and a good collection of books..the kids loved the place..
