It's a badly constructed building. It's new but has so many maintenance issues. Its been 3 months and I am still working on maintenance. Majority of the apartments in Block A n B have one or the other problem. Wooden kitchen cabinets and in built cupboards are not waterproof and prone to mold, there are insects and rats in the building, AC has mold and rats too and it makes kids sick and causes eye irritation. They have used cheap quality building materials. Regret shifting here.

Cheap material used. On a daily basis there is a maintenance issue on onother. Gym and pool are still not available. They always turn off the lobby AC which makes the overall temprature very hot. Not worth living at all.

Everyday there's a new head ache. We moved to this absolutely new building to overcome the maintenance issues. Turns out, it is worse. A lot more maintenance issues here. Cheap material used.

Run by a private parking company who I spent 2 years arguing with when the pay machine didn’t recognise that I had paid. Seems I’m not the only one who had problems so would be interested to hear from others. Would be interested in hearing from others who were scammed (I notice some have given 5 star reviews but mention park whereas this is specifically about CAR PARK. Having fought wrongly issued parking penalty for 2 years I am interested in contacting other victims as several 1 star review suggest many others have had issues (Andrew C Slack on Facebook)

DON'T bother parking In this carpark unless you like to risk a parking fine for no reason what so ever. My dad who was driving is a blue badge holder as he is disabled, we parked in a disabled parking spot where we also payed and displayed the ticket that allows you upto four hours to park there, we were only there two hours.
A month after my parents got a letter through the post with a parking fine of £100 with two photos on the letter, one of us arriving (not parked) and one of us leaving (driving out and not parked). Since when do people display blue badges whilst driving if this was the case?? They displayed the badge immediately when the vehicle had parked. The letter didn't describe clearly what my parents had actually done to get this fine? Absolute fraudulent company. Will not be visiting again. Very upsetting.

My husband parked in the car park for 45 minutes as he wasnt feeling well. He never got out of the car. He is disabled and did not realise there was a parking charge. He has now had to pay a £60 fine. Absolutely awful con. Terrible way to make money. I hope no one benefits from this robbery.

Used to be free parking upto last year. Now it costs to park. Nice small park for children to play in. Cafe on site. Two ponds with wildlife.

Avoid this carpark unless you want to fight a fine. Make sure you pay with card so you can trace payment absolute scam
