Al Shola has been an excellent gas provider. For the last four years, I haven't had a single compliant against them. While checking out too, no issues in securing my deposit back. Even though I didn't have any original deposit slip or contract.

I have been a customer of Al Shola Gas since 2010, and I recently terminated my contract with them due to moving apartments. I am pleased with how smoothly they handled my cancellation request and refunded my deposit. The process and procedures were clearly communicated to me, making the experience hassle-free. I am using their service since 2015. Last week I terminated the contract with Al Shola Gas as I am changing my apartment. I am happy with the way they completed my cancellation request and refunded my deposit. It was clearly communicated with me the process and procedures. To collect the deposit I have to go to their office as they do not have other option. The visit to their office and receving my deposit, final bill and clearance certificate happened within 10 minutes. My experience with Al Shola Gas was easy as they always communicated clearly the process and requirements.

The service is good, installation was fast and also cancellation was fast the only down-part about it was I had to go for 2 hours to collect the security deposit, it would’ve been better if it can be sent via bank account or even ansari exchange
