Al Shraifi Center in Al Karama is a fantastic shopping destination. It offers a wide range of products, from clothing to electronics. The stores are well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The center also has ample parking space. It's a convenient and enjoyable place to shop.

Pros:
Excellent management in the building. Very good maintenance even though the building is old. Maintenance team available 24/7 within the building. Good location and amenities for kids- park, swimming pool, well equipped gym. Mostly renowned for perfume shops and a few travel agencies. Security is very friendly and supportive.

Cons:
No fixed parking for residents. Sometimes makes it difficult to find a space if you have a big car

Overall a very good building for family and children
