My dad was cremated there Dec 2020.
On Recent visit found area Ashes been put
Unfortunately not due to staff fault a woman her child left rubbish all over place child even
Digging in dirt Ash.
I made complaint and was cleaned up by the
Staff. This woman has no respect.
Place nice visit but people go there should respect being tidy

My parents and family are there, I would not have it any other way.
Beautiful flowers birdsong.
Just wish people would not leave the flowers in there plastic, not good for wild life.

Beautiful place. So peaceful. Always lovely no matter what time of year you visit. Not cold feeling like some other Crematoriums I know.

No real complaints although it feels like a production line at times. All services (rather too many as I get older) have been well run and respectful.

The Bluebells Tearoom is now open if you need to wait either before or after. A few healthier snack choices would not go amiss though.

Garston Crematorium is beautifully maintained, a long driveway directs you left to the car park and right to the two chapels (North and South)
with disabled parking and a space for the celebrant of the funeral.
When leaving the service you are guided through into the remembrance gardens where floral tributes can be seen. There are toilets and a café with outdoor seating, I recommend the cream scones and tea.
Then returning to the car par follow the signs which lead over a small footbridge, if you look to the right you will see a pond and small water fall with fish with a seating area for quiet peaceful timeout. Everywhere is accessible and staff are more than happy to help. The drive out is linned with rose bushes and a glorious sight to behold.

An extraordinarily beautiful memorial garden and chapel of rest within a grove of trees underplanted with flowering shrubs. There is a small cafe and an open courtyard for floral tributes and small gatherings. The entire site is wheelchair-friendly.

Thanks to all the staff who turned out on Tuesday 7th Feb to send off my friend Valerie Wilkins. A very caring and dignified experience. And especial thanks to Colette - a difficult thing to have to read out a life summary at such short notice. You did a good job - thank you again.

Considering our relative was cremated elsewhere (due to covid and us being several counties away) There was a fee to scatter our ashes. But the staff there were very kind and help us put my uncle.to rest, they went out of their way to help find other family members. But as we haf found couldn't locate them. On the day they were very helpful understanding and respectful. Explaining what will happen. Thank you.
