This is the most idyllic British pub we’ve stayed in. The room is exquisite, and the meal at the pub was lovely . The trio of pork and tagline was wonderful and portion sizes big. The blue cheese starter was so fresh and tasteful- would highly recommend. Met the owner and her family and so pleasant and friendly. The waitress staff were smart and helpful and a delight to talk to . Highly recommend this place.

The Lamb Inn is absolutely perfect! The rooms and en suites are beautifully decorated, clean and large. Also included chocolates, old fashioned sweets, biscuits, teas, coffe, juice etc. The food is delicious. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. It has a very pretty, large beer garden.

We went to the Lamb Inn for lunch with family and I can highly recommend this lovely old pub. The pub has all the traditional old beams and cosy fireplaces.
The staff were all really happy, helpful and friendly.
The food was delicious, we all left with full bellies.
They do a great pint of real ale too.
We aren't local but will return next time we are in the area.

My wife and I Stayed here for a night last week.
All the staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and very comfortable with every extra you could wish for.
We had a meal at lunch time and I can honestly say the "Pie of the day" I had was the best pub meal I have ever had.
My only complaint is that we live 160 miles away!!!
If you're nearby, treat yourselves and go to "The Lamb Inn"

Celebrated 80th with family, gorgeous pub located in a perfect place. Ordered food before arrival and all came at perfect timings all together. Staff friendly and always making sure we had everything we needed, couldn't fault anything. All food were beautiful. Definitely recommended and will visit again soon!

Had a 2 night break here for my husbands 50th birthday and could not have made a better choice. Rooms clean and comfortable and a very warm welcome from the owners and their team, really couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and looked after. The food was AMAZING - ate here both nights and every single plate of food was delicious - fresh, hot, beautifully presented and good portions. And all very fairly priced. If I could give it more stars I would!

Me and my daughter had a wonderful lunch today for mothers day. We are regular visitors and the pictures are from a previous visit recently. Always tremendous food and service, a lovely place.

We spent 3 nights here in Room 2 (the mattress dips a bit!) And experienced a real welcome and excellent service from the owner and the young waitresses.
Breakfast was lovely. Tge bacon cooked on a state of the art grill which imparts a smokiness. Beautifully cooked and plentiful.
Evening meals! Well! Have the Lamb Henry. Its half a shoulder in a minted gravy with mash and veggies. The burgers are tasty too.
The chef was brilliant. An unsung hero who works hard. We will definitely come back if in the area.
