5 systems and 1 person to cater. That's insane. It's not the first time that they are lack of staff. I have visited them twice. People are waiting for hours.

I went to the man sitting in the middle chair, Last time he told me if 2 landlord not signing , ejari will go as rejection( He is very very helping to the customer). So I went second time, and he is very polite and lovely in behaviour to customers. Normally some arabic peoples very Rude to customer. But, this man is very very very Nice man. I don't know his name. Super service. So always go to middle chair????????( just a joke).

employees are very unhelpful. I have 1000 aed and they told me no change they can't help me wants me to go outside to look for change. Even told me that "this is Dubai, nobody pays in cash." Very disappointed with this! no customer service at all!

Very slow Took 1 hour even with just 3 customers early in morning.
No smile on their faces
No information till you reach them and then they want you to scan all docs and send by mail.
I have seen better services from other government channels

Fine in the sun as the awning provides some shade but no real time indications of when the next bus is due. If abandoned here you could always check out the Grill at Clayton Hote just behind it I guess.
