It's a 35 year old grocery in Karama ...I guess maybe the first of its kind ....they keep it so neat and clean and you find almost everything there ... My best experience was when I wanted a vhs tape and they had one in stock ...very nice and helpful staff ... Prices are also cheap ... U should all try the place

Beware. Can get a fine for parking in there car park after purchasing from station. Blame it on a 3rd party company and not willing to help resolve in any way. Asked for my reciept as had thrown away and told they can not print off receipts of more than 3 days old. Greedy and overpriced .won't be using again

Stay away from this place. The parking company will charge you £60 for using the services if you park there. Went in and bought a couple of snacks, while my pregnant partner used the loos, then she went to the McD's while I stayed with the van. They're still charging us after we appealed and showed them the receipt of the purchases. Call yourself a service station? Disgusting.

Beware this place - they have a parking operative who takes photos of you to generate fines. No surveillance authority displayed, no CCTV signage from MFG. Civil claim to recover monies en route - ICO complaint following GDPR complaint too, against MFG and Parking Control Management . The admin and legal fees let alone fines will make their fine look like pennies soon. I would suggest that everyone makes a complaint to the ICO and submits subject access requests on every single fine to both companies that they have 30 days to comply with free of charge. £60 quid for using a toilet that gives you the integrity of the business.

As others have stated, avoid this place if you do not wish to get a fine for no reason. This fuel station will not be getting anymore business from us.

They use out of date milk in the Costa express machine constantly. I have advised them time and time again and they still keep doing it. (Ongoing now for months)

Parking fine for putting a van in large space at side of garage and going to McDonald’s! Now PCM ltd won’t delete the images they have of me and my family (young kids) walking from van. Disgusting. The garage should be ashamed of themselves.

After confirming my pump number 3 times I had been charged for pump number 2 instead of 3. I went and explained the error and the employee just denied his mistake and blamed myself even tho I had held up 3 fingers which is internationally known as number 3. The gentleman’s pump I had paid for also got charged for his pump as well. Clearly wasn’t an accident, stay away from this place!

Prices are pretty high I here the staff were lovely and warming bit the price of a meal deal is £1/£1.50 more than your standard supermarket garage.
