One of the best Kebab so far in Dubai . Always crowded , customers are keep coming and foods are so fresh. Rice with combination of butter and dried pomegranate are fantastic! You’ll see so many celebrities photos on the wall and foreign currencies at the table. It’s a bit hard to find the parking near the shop but it definitely worth to visit ✨

Food are affordable. Nothing special for me for the taste.. Though its nice that the meat does not have after taste.
Ambiance is just ok. You will find lots of picture of different people, artists and known personalities on their wall.
For my personal point of view, its nice to eat here once.. But not that I will return for the food again.. However, kudos to the owner.. He is very nice and friendly.

Those who’ve been here long enough already know that this is the best place in town for Iranian food.
It’s cheap, friendly and a passionately run family business.
No point in paying excess when you can get the best Iranian food that is pocket friendly too!

You can't help but notice the walls are plastered with well known celebrities who have visited.

There are neighboring sections for seating, they have a separate family room located next door to the main restaurant, basically in a row for different segments of visitors.

For visitors or residents, this place is a must visit!

What can i say !! It’s really the best Iranian kebab restaurant in UAE , i don’t follow trends or this restaurant is famous so i have to say it’s good , no but because i like everything in this restaurant , literally everything , even the small details , location in a traditional area support the vibes, i like the old design for the restaurant too , i like restaurants that owners are viewable to the clients all the time , makes me feel am invited at his house and he will make the best food for me , and in this restaurant specially owners are really friendly ,but the most important thing is the food . All my guests from outside i have to invited them to Ustadi ,Everyone agrees that the food is tasty and unique , another complaint was about the tomato and cucumber that comes before the main dish , it’s exceptional and tasty, me and the guys have our dinners at least once a month since 1998 . Thanks for the Nice food ????

Iranian Kebabs Kebabs Kebabs ???????????? Don't forget Tahdeek. Love the 1978 old place, owner greets you warmly and waiters are attentive. The atmosphere of eating while looking at the 10,000 photographs on the wall of every celebrity you know is amazing.

Parking to begin with is a privilege.... The ambience is nostalgic to those retro bring memories.... Walls adorned with pictures and emotions along with cellular techonological phases.... Ordered 1 person mix platter which included 2 chicken dishes and 1 mutton dish, all of which are kebabs.... Every single dish was done justice to with years of experience behind the making.... Ordered baklava which was a major letdown, being dry which needed 1 bottle more of Coca Cola to wash down.....

So if in mood for a flavourful kebab, do visit them and don't forget to bring your own parking ????????

We heard a lot about this place so we had to give their kebabs a try. The mixed platter for 2 was well enough for 2 people. It comes with fries only, and they charge you extra for the garlic sauce. We liked the kebabs, they were so tender and juicy and well spiced, although we suspected one to be old as it tasted a bit sour, not the usual normal sour. If you eat in the family section, it's a little tight, and there is no ambiance, just 6 tables with families eating and that's all. It's always busy, so expect your order to take a little time.

Great place for Kebabs!! You have to visit this place if you're in Dubai.. The ambience is quite good and gives nice vibes. The walls are decorated with pictures of the owner with celebrities and the table tops display currencies from all over the world. The owner is very friendly and we even got a pic with him. Do try the Kebab platter mix.
