Had a guy called Dave pick me up and take me to Tesco. He also picked me up from Tesco and took me home. What a wonderful man!! An amazing guy. Very chilled and helped me round to my door with my shopping. Not had that before from any taxi driver. Used mobile taxis for years and he’s the first person to help me!! What a gent and his car smells amazing. Would highly recommend mobile taxis!!

Today I uninstall the Mobile Radio Cars app, and I would implore you to do the same. I was quoted via the app £4.40 to run my daughter and I home from nursery (only around the corner from our home) as it had started pouring with rain. The app informed us the driver was 3 minutes away, after 10 minutes waiting in the rain he arrived and drove past us twice, both times me clearly waving him down but being ignored. Anyhow we got into the vehicle after chasing after him and the starting fare was already £4.20. About half the way home the charge was already £5.60 and I asked him to stop so we could just walk the rest of the way home, he was rude and blunt and clearly annoyed but at the end of the day £4.40 is an attractive price for just getting home to avoid the rain. But this was a lie, the app and the company lies. The price would have been around £7 for that journey so why mislead??
I rang through the app to speak to someone to query this issue and the representative was dismissive and rude also. Saying they have simply no clue why the app would do that and there was nothing they could do. And of course nothing that can be done about the rudeness of the driver.
I would encourage everyone to instead use United Taxis. Whilst I would usually always try to use a smaller business, United does not lie with its prices. It will charge you exactly what the quote is.

Experienced drivers, taking cash and card payments without making any fuss ???? Definitely higher quality of service than United Taxi

Passed a few days in Bournemouth and used this company multiple times, always on time (even for a 5.30 am pick up) courteous, helpful with my somewhat frail dad, can’t recommend them enough

I’ve used them for the past 2 weeks to take my dog back and forth to multiple vets, they have been amazing every time making us feel comfortable and even helping with our nerves when taking him in for his emergency surgery. Genuinely the nicest drivers I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.
