I would give zero stars but it’s not possible. I rang for an ambulance on Wednesday due to an ongoing illness and chronic vomiting as suggested by my dietician and GP. When I spoke to the so called clinician to be triaged, she outrightly accused me of faking my symptoms and was unbelievably patronising. Thankfully after hearing the full story, I was advised that help would be on its way. After waiting 13 hours for an ambulance, I gave up and contacted a friend in the middle of the night who took me to A and E. Due to my symptoms, I was triaged and seen by a doctor swiftly. I must have done a really good job at faking them.

As a nurse with over 20 years experience, I was horrified by the treatment I received by the ‘know it all’ nurse. I will be making a PALS complaint as soon as I am able. Disgusting!

Thank you so much to Paul Jones Paramedic from Rhyl and Sarah who attended to my mother when she became suddenly unwell. They arrived promptly and from the minute they came my mother was thicken excellent medical care and treated with respect. Very impressive and Professional. I am a GP in the NHS and worked for over 30 yrs. I know the system but felt that both of them went over and above whilst waiting for admission to AMU.
The Ambulance service do a great job and deserve great commendation. The problem lies with lack of capacity in the hospitals. Thank you so much to both of you

Absolutely disgusting service, my mother's carer phoned for an ambulance at roughly 1530 on the 2nd Sep after finding my 94 year old mother on the floor after a fall with a head injury, which in the carers consideration needs stitches, she was told a 6 hour wait. At the time of writing this 0813 the following morning my mother is still on the floor awaiting an ambulance, I will leave to your own imagination the state she is in, they haven't even sent a paramedic.

I would like to say a big thank you to the Ambulance Service for their excellent response when called out to |Llandudno on New Years Eve to my nephew with special
needs and complex health condition. They arrived very promptly followed by 2 Paramedics. I don't know which station they came from but if you would pass on our thanks it would be very much appreciated

Son died after several calls heart pain, so many excuses.

What a terrible service called for life threatening severe allergy reactions they said coming after 1 hour call back they said coming no one come after called 3 times then they came all their advice was terrible useless they kept my son without drinking water nearly 3 hours he was screaming for severe headache burning inside need water God saved my son life I pushed epi pen when he attacked otherwise he can't survived please help us to save life not killing
