I usually go to this area and use this parking lot. I always find a place to park my car. It is much better than getting a ticket! I also attached photos of prices!

Beware! ticket machines covered up when I arrived, so tried to pay by phone. Wouldn't accept texts as per noticeboard, so tried to download app. - this resulted in spam apps as well! In the end I gave up and drove away, but later got PCN for £42 for the 14 minutes I had spent trying to pay! NHS management sees fit to give contracts to companies like this, do they not understand the results of their actions or do they just not care?

Was sent a parking charge notice for a day when there was no parking charge to be paid. The machines still worked of course and took your money. There was no obvious signage saying it was free but plenty of signage, waving their contract to park at you and the fact it was private land bla bla bla.

I had to contact the health centre to discuss the parking charge. I'm sure they have much more important things to be dealing with like caring for the sick. My experience with these car park 'management' companies is that it's pointless talking to them, they don't want to reason, they want to threaten and make money. Do yourself a favour and avoid parking here.

Some people have mentioned the Health Centre itself so I'll follow suit. This review is no reflection on them. It's a great place and pretty well run. All the staff I encountered were bloomin' lovely, even the poor lady on the phone when I called to query the parking charge. Thank you for sorting this out.

Car park company Parking Eye are ruthless and overcharging patients and totally un-understanding when you try to challenge them. The ANPR clocks you as soon as you drive in even if a space isn't available or you're just dropping someone off. If you don't purchase a ticket then you receive a Penalty Notice for £70! £42 if you pay within 2 weeks. Total rip-off and upsetting

Shameful! Daughter very unwell, advised by 111 to go to health centre to be seen asap. New to area and later in evening (dark). Guess what - PCN in post today. Thanks. Debt to add to health worries.

Car park running by parkingeye - stay away from this carpark if you can. Carpark charging machines set to create parking notices. ☹️

Health centre was fine, please be wary of the car park, I went when it was dark and signage was unclear, got a PCN.

Very well cared for, good parking for a hospital site even if it is pricey. Little cafe serves hot and cold food and drinks. Good experience.
