Delivery driver didn’t bother to deliver left a card ,

Delivery driver delivered a passport addressed to a different person, we were in, however he opened our door threw the passport in and signed for it himself. He has yet to deliver the correct passport and we are still waiting two weeks later, TNT have lost an extremely important confidential document and have made no attempt to rectify the problem, we have now lost our holiday. The service I have received from them is appalling and shocking that they have not insisted that such an important document is signed for with identification.

Awful experience from the company sending parcel to parcel not arriving on the day Feb ex said it would be to not being able to speak to a human on the phone, will be going to a shop from now on absolutely rubbish companies

Purchased next day delivery option when purchasing from a company in yorkshire uk that was on the 16 Dec for delivery to devon uk.
It is now the 21st Dec and still no delivery, no tracking information or information to my parcels location.
What a shambulls this company is not fit for the purpose do not use them unless you are happy with being ripped off .

Used a work from home day to have the delivery driver leave a pre filled note in the letter box. Absolutely useless. There was no knock at the door which is about 4 meters away. No call to advise they were on the way.
Contacted the customer support several times to be told, nothing they can do, try again tomorrow which means that I won't get this delivery at all.
I don't think I've ever had a delivery received on the initial day from TNT/Fedex ever. You literally have one job and that's deliver parcels how can it be that hard. Can't even give you 0 stars.

Falsely stated the delivery date, which showed that the delivery was on the way at 8am on December 28th and did not arrive, and the website showed that the 29th arrived, but still did not arrive. I won't say anything if you don't deliver it that day, even though the delivery point arrived early on the 28th. The next day still didn't arrive. It still hasn't arrived.
