The half-meter shawarma I recently ordered from Albatoul Restaurant was regrettably not up to par in terms of flavor. But the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was happy by giving me another shawarma for free. The second shawarma was scrumptious and flavorful. While the first shawarma was a letdown, the second shawarma was delicious and the excellent customer service more than made up for it. Without a doubt, I would go back to this restaurant.

Deserves every bit of praise. The food is amazing. Portions are absolutely perfect for the price, and it's actually a lot of food for just one person. I really hope this becomes a big brand and maintains their standard. Would keep coming back again here.

Wow it was amazing so delicious food.
Best food Fejita Crepe, chicken Shawarma, and the best hospitality. Excellent service.
