The team at Aleena tourism Dubai honestly made my birthday even more special. There is customer service and then there is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They went far beyond to accommodate me and my family. I had some issues with my caterer providing the food later than expected, which meant the time I had push back my yacht time. I thought this would mean I would lose my time, but I got in touch with ATD and they were so helpful and understanding. The captain and the crew helped us load all our things onto the boat, they even served us drinks throughout the entire trip, we didn’t have to lift a finger. They gave us the best service, far more than I had expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The next time I’m in Dubai I will definitely use them again.

Honestly, I am still in awe of the service. It was so good that my family kept asking me how much I paid because they believed it must have been so expensive with the service we were getting, so you know how good it WAS!!!

I would definitely recommend them. In planning for tours in Dubai, I have found Aleena Tourism Desert Safari Dubai to be the best tour operator out there. There customer service is absolutely amazing, very friendly and cooperative, they clear each and every doubt and question. ALEENA TOURISM Desert Safari has great prices for all there tours and the services they provide in their tours are worth the money. Hope for a good time in Dubai with these good fellows.

Well this was the highlight of our dubai trip. The service before the booking and during the tide was prompt and exceptional. Aleena tourism DUBAI know how to make guests enjoy at the same time feel safe. The guy Bilal Khan were on point and made sure we don't skip any of the iconic photo point's. Recommended and totally worth any price

My friends and I have rented a yacht from Aleena tourism Dubai for 4 hours on Saturday afternoon. I would highly recommend renting from them as we had a wonderful experience. The yacht is very spacious and clean and the staff are just amazing. They were so attentive to all of our needs and really made our experience very memorable. Thank you to the entire team and we are looking forward to renting from you in the near future.

Amazing experience with the Yacht. Both operators were very helpful and polite. They took us through various points from Dubai Harbour.

I world definitely recommend taking services from them.

Bilal khan is a amazing photographer as well!

We would highly recommend anyone visiting Dubai to book ALEENA TOURISM Desert Safari tour. It was an excellent adventure. The campsite food was delicious, great entertainment and beautiful sunset. The camel ride was exciting.

We had the best trip. Hospitality was second to none, Captain, Specially Mr Bilal khan made our trip extra special with taking time for photo stops and being excellent photographers! Lunch BBQ was very high quality and I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants a bit of glamour in their holiday!

On time pickup. Very professional and courteous driver. Excellent vehicle ( toyota sequoia) with superb dunebashing. Camp was good. Although we had VIP tickets but others with standard tickets also did quite well.Thank you aleena tourism dubai .
