A lot of improvements since the last time I’ve visited. Mena is very good and very professional.
1 thing though, the free cleaning service wasn’t good enough, and what I mean by that. They could have done better, like using proper tools and trained staff to do the job. Anyway I expect better next time.

Mohammad Wafi helped tremendously in giving a service contract, which I could not refuse. Along the service done by the maintenance team was price less. Well managed and amazing service is how would describe my experience. Bravo Mitibushi DIP.

First service i had there went well (except for “cleaning” which ended up looking worse than when i brought it) right until i noticed they scratched the interior plastic inside. No biggie, not a big scratch, these things happens. My next visit was due to a flickering headlight, rattling noise under the hood and window tinting. Headlight fixed, rattling not fixed and tinting - probably a 50% less expensive garage would have done a better job - a nice smudge on the right window, along with my passenger glove box just resting on the back seat. Quality control is unacceptable. I lost valuable time, money on taxis and my patience after they accused me of taking the glovebox out myself during the 10 minutes i had with the car before returning it.

Update: 2 stars added because they fixed the issue within 1 day.

Today I have met Eng.M.Wafi who has proven to be very professional and skilled engineer. He has provided me with all necessary advises to complete my car maintenance. Very good natured with high caliber. Mr. Wadi is a great credit and asset to the company I would like him to attend my car next service’s for sure.. thanks to you and your good services .

Always a good service provided.

Although Costs are high when compared to other car garages. But I can personally vouch for the peace of mind, if you could afford to pay at authorised service centers.

adding further, Mr. Nishad and Mr. Ilyas both have provided good suggestions and appropriate pricing for service of my car.

Thanks for making my old car running highly efficiently and always like new.

amazing place. clearly instructing customers what they are planning to do and offering solutions ..Mr Abdul salmon is taking extra care for his customers and helping them by choosing correct products. even they are giving free rides for car servicing customers to nearest metro

I have taken my vehicle 3 to 4 times to this center and all times, it has been a great experience. The place is spacious with a proper waiting area. The staff is polite, attentive, and I would like to specially mention the impeccable service by Mr Ilyas, who is very knowledgeable, cordial and has always recommended the correct set of services for my vehicle. This has encouraged me to take my vehicle to this center. It’s also an easy place to get to thanks to the Expo Road. I would highly recommend this place if you are a Mitsubishi vehicle owner.
