Booked 2 months in advance a return taxi to Sandpolo. The outgoing journey was great and this would have got 5 stars. ....HOWEVER ....the return taxi cancelled the booking by email at the last minute leaving us stranded on an extremely busy night to get another taxi for over an hour in the early hours of the morning. This is unacceptable and extreme poor service. Will not be using again.

Was a little disappointed as friends who live In Bournemouth recommended this company. The drivers were rude on a whole, I wouldn’t really dream of talking to people the way your drivers did when offering a service. And I’d put a pick-up location, for me to then have to walk 10 minutes to the location as they were on the wrong road. Maybe I was unlucky in my drivers but I ended up using Uber.

I will say, I did have a fella called Jason who was an absolute pleasure to be in the car with. Friendly and safe. Jason you are an asset to this company and the only reasons I gave 3 stars.

Had an absolutely incredibly rude operator who refused to do the slightest bit to research where I was without knowing the road name. I gave the nicci hotel AND travellodge car park - your representative refused to give me service without a road name that I didn't have access to. Used united for nearly a decade. If I ever get that operator again I'll never use this company again. Call happened at 17:34 8th July 2023.

I booked a taxi for 4 passengers & 4 luggage but they had only sent a taxi as a small car . Then sent another taxi as well. We have paid both taxis . 13.50 & 13.60 totally £27.50 we spent it is not fair . Please listen properly customer requirement.

Seriously not to be trusted. Booked an airport pick up via the app. They cancelled it 2 hours before the pick up was due via email. I’d called a week before to make sure it was ok and was told all good. Do not trust them!

Gone downhill since I started using them exclusively in 1994. No loyalty to customers, and do not honour agreements. I used a different company until 1994, then my regular driver gave me his card and told me he was starting his own company the following day called United. I had used them for 26 years then last summer decided they didn't need my business anymore. Refused to pick me up from Ringwood as it was out of their area despite having taken me out there, and was a regular return journey four times a week. I always paid cash and tipped well. They insisted I needed to pay up front by card, I told them I did not have one, and was a regular customer but still refused to take the booking. Ringwood has no taxis after 10pm so was stranded. Fortunately booked a taxi from Salisbury, but was a £30 booking fee, which was fair enough. Now use Poole Radio Cabs. Never let me down, and pick me up every day. Never had an issue.

Don’t usually write a review.
Absolutely atttrocious.
Booked a taxi for an airport run. They turned up 20 minutes late with the excuse that they had been busy doing school runs. What is the point in booking. No apologies and no understanding of the time critical booking. They cut me off when I tried to find out where my driver was.Avoid them at all cost.

Superb service, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful driver, only waited 3 minutes for the taxi to arrive and it's arrival was even announced on my phone.
