We drove all the way from the airport thinking we would get some good Mangalorean food. Sadly the Google maps direction is so wrong!! Took us to Ajman free port to a God forsaken place. If the owners are reading this, please make the change and put the right address on Google maps.

Wow! Amazing breakfast i had this morning after longtime. Got a quick delivery:???? Mouth watering Mangalore Buns, Goljibaje, Sajjige Bajil was awesome. Will try more from this cafeteria. Keep it up guys. Keep our stomach happy always.

This hotel was class all round, staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location and was extremely clean. Perfect for a good value hotel. The food was excellent! Couldn’t recommend any more and will definitely return. I’d like to thank Kas who couldn’t do enough for us at the reception.

Worst place I have ever stayed. May have been a 4* hotel 20 years ago, would struggle to get 2* now.

Firstly informed after arrival that the advertised shuttle bus no longer runs.

Reception staff was very rude, however his boss was around and a lot more polite.

The hotel was red hot with no way of controlling it.

The room was filthy with aged furniture and only 1 plug on the opposite side of the room from the bed.

Curtains would not cover the window.

The shower was hanging off the wall and the windows were mouldy. The shower had no hot water for the 3 hours we were waiting and being told "give it 5 minutes, it's just been fixed ". Ended up giving up and having an ice cold shower.

The parking is in the rear area next to a garden piled high with rubbish and behind a broken gate. Not secure at all.

If we had any other option would have gone elsewhere.

Spacious room and a nice bathroom. Service minded staff. Downside was the lack of aircondition combined with lots of traffic just outside our windows. Also, the breakfast was very, very simple - might as well skip it.

It was the cheapest place. It was accomodating. It was getting new management but the room was simple, it was quiet and the temperature was easier to control than most hotels. It's a great budget choose. I have to say though the betting we noticed in the morning was dirty under the covers, we would of mentioned it but we were leaving. Id recommend checking the bedding when you arrive and letting them know.

Terrible! No hot water for a shower! No coffee except instant made in your room only. Continental Breakfast was a container with corn flakes once you pushed all the boxes on the floor out of the way. Juice? not available. Our room was a deluxe to accommodate 3 adults ~ which consisted of a full size bed ~the box spring was on the floor with no frame and a the deluxe portion was bunk bed with a mattress that one slept upon feeling every bed coil/spring! There were holes in the walls from old pictures. Oh and the web site also mentions a shuttle service to and fro from the airport ~ this is a total lie ! Just the most terrible experience I have ever encountered! DO NOT STAY HERE

Hot small room facing a busy noisy road.
Hotel has no breakfast available.
Not cheap.
No airport shuttle available.

We regret that we had to book this hotel and do not recommend it,
Unfortunately we were forced to stay because Tories caused the railway strike on the day we fly out....

Absolutely disgusting DO NOT STAY. They definitely write their own reviews because there’s no way!
Mouldy walls, leaks, unsafe fire hazard walls. ‘You get what you pay for’ this still means a decent property. I booked for 7 nights and was only there for 1. That’s how bad it is. Still waiting for a refund. Not from them but from the booking company as they refused refunds. Very unprofessional. Very poor.
