Unfortunately, after receiving the money for the order, they are not committed to the delivery time, they do not answer the phone and messages

My husband was admitted to ward 7 this week for his kidney surgery, and was super impressed with this ward!
The nurses were both caring, supportive and very professional as were the doctors, anaesthetist and theatre staff. The porter he had was very friendly and a good laugh.
The catering was superb, both plentiful and tasty and the catering staff very friendly, helpful and efficient.
Even the other patients on the ward were all friendly and chatty ( was like a night down the pup he said)
A very positive experience for his first ever surgery under general and so nice to hear. Well done ward 7!
Thank you for looking after him so well and sending him home safely to me.

I've had to visit the hospital a few times in the last 6 months ( for myself and accompanying my parents) and I've been really impressed with the service provided in the depts visited + not waiting too long for appointments.
An example , I phoned audiology last week for an appointment for my 9O year old father and we had an appointment for today . The audiologist was brilliant, she was calm, empathetic, thorough, listened to my father's concerns, answered our questions and we left the hospital feeling positive .
The same service was provided in previous appointments/different departments.
The staff in Prince Phillip are wonderful - thank you all for your commitment.

Feel very lucky & privileged to have this hospital in Llanelli. All the medial staff do their very best for their patients,no matter how bad & busy the conditions can get. I have nothing but praise for all the staff.

I had to spend 5 hours here today, triaged by a lovely nurse, X-ray on foot, saw a very pleasant doctor who sent me for a CT scan because of a head injury. Went back to waiting area and then saw the very pleasant doctor again who went through my results and stitched me up. There was a fair amount of waiting around but they were extremely busy. On the way out the lovely nurse who triaged me made a point of coming to ask me if I was all sorted. I cannot commend the staff enough, extremely professional and courteous.

I had the misfortune of having to visit the minor injuries department yesterday 20/6/23....after damaging my face in a fall.....the treatment l received was second to none,from the receptionists, the triage nurses,the doctor and the x-rays department was absolutely brilliant, they all went the extra mile to reassure me and the doctor was absolutely outstanding with her professional approach and ensuring l wasn't kept a moment longer than necessary...thank you all.....

Stayed in the Peony Suite and wow, superb care, fantastic nutritious food, all staff professional, friendly and really kind. Thank you and let's hope the Tories fail in their decimation of our wonderful NHS

Yesterday I had a lung biopsy with Dr Richards & his team,absolutely amazing,everyone was so friendly & I felt so comfortable,although I had a bit of funny turn after the biopsy everyone was so professional & the after care was above & beyond,sorry if I spoilt your birthday Dr Richards????

It’s 9 pm New Year’s Eve my wife had just come back from here in tears she’s been made to wait for 3 hours in agony with cystitis for anti biotics .after 3 hours was told there was none there ?.quite frankly the attitude she had to endure was disgusting…. And can anyone tell me why receptionist’s act like they own the place !!!!
