Expensive with the worst food quality and angry staff. The meet is always smelly and the eggs are mostly ruined among other products as well.

The worst service for high prices ????????

Sold me expired goods and would not accept an even exchange when I returned the item. The manager is extremely rude and they will try to scam you any way they can. Avoid this shop at all costs.

I bought 500 grams whole wheat penne pasta yesterday on18th December 2022 around 3pm.Due to few reasons i returned back the pasta with the invoice to the supervisor but when i was informed that they cannot cancel the order and i have to take something in return.Meanwhile i was checking about the possibilities of getting an refund amount,i was interrupted by the cashier stating that i have get someyhing in return without any policy shown or informed.I have returned the pasta and they took the amount as well without cancellation and said nothing in response.I hope i will get my money back if someone will investigate on the matter.

Very bad customer service in all day supermarket in beachmall.also the staff is lying too much.i ask them for a chicken mayo seasame roll and they had packed me a grilo Chiken sandwich I also paid them money .when I return it to them staff was very rude at me and also they was lying.and finally I did not get any solution. only my money is gone from my pocket.pls say your staff to listen to the customer first.and understand.i.was too disappointed with all of them.pls.give some training about customer service .

Fresh experience with Manager Sofia

For third week in a row a bread ordered as our preferred bread was not available. We prepaid yesterday but did not get delivered by the requested time. Over 1.5hour delay.
So while calling i got questions: which cashier, what time and how did you pay? As if I am a thief not paying for a bread.
This made me so sad that I walked to the shop.
I asked for the manager, who was blaming all employees and shifts, etc. I told him who is responsible as manager for the shop. Answering sir employees did not communicate etc....
And again he told me the bill etc, as if I would steal a bread for 11.50AED.

6 years living here and doing a lot of shopping in this market, but half year ago with same manager an issue, and did not go for a long time. Giving the shop a second change as employees are super friendly super supportive. But I can't miss to say: I miss the previous manager who offered help if you were searching for goods, who guided you to the goods by himself.
This Sofia is a joke, sorry to say, but I have no other words for it.
