I have had some their lunch meals twice and came away disappointed. The first time was a sandwich which was very dry. That is still not so bad. The second time, I bought a ready to eat pasta but could not eat more than one bite because I am quite sure the food was spoilt. I will stick to other options for lunch going forward.

Please don't keep coffee like illy....Its overpriced for the taste and quality of it. It very bad taste. This is second time purchased still tastes bad cappuccino worst ever.

do not expect any help from the staff in the bakery , if you drop something by accident they dont even bother to look at you , help yourself. even the manager also seem not properly trained about customer service.

But the fresh tea is good. and a little smile would be better.
