I took an office here recently and must say am impressed. The entire team is awesome and very helpful. Zuzana, Rishelle and Mary. They are always available for all the support we need for setting up our business here. Not to forget to mention the facility team, Ashok and Rakesh. They are always prompt in response whenever we have any issues. Kudos to all of you. Keep up the good work.

Very bad experience recently, very slow process for VISA renewal and updates, and they always reply that their system is facing isssues, but they will Berber told you before you paid for the service.

The best business center in Dubai. I have been through almost all the business centers in dubai, but the service and the cost was not satisfing for me. ABCN is the only 1 which met my expectation in the field of location,ambience of the office,service and price.

stopped for lunch at this gorgeous pub.
beer garden by the broads, ducks roaming around, glorious sunshine.
food was exceptional, pie of the day (Turkey leek and bacon) delicious.
lamb burger and chips fantastic
so, great venue, great weather, great food but that's not even the best bit!!!
service was THE BEST, to the point of perfect. friendly, welcoming, just couldn't do enough, and we only stopped for lunch!
massive thanks to Dan. absolutely above and beyond levels of service.
thanks so much, greatly appreciate what you do and cant recommend highly enough

Booking is advisable for the restaurant, especially at the weekend and holiday's. We went as a group of 4 and were sat in the bright and airy barn area towards the back of the restaurant. We were quickly seated and asked straight away if we wanted to order drinks then or wait a little while. Once we had ordered, they were quick and efficient with the drinks and then with the starters main and dessert. It was a good menu and a great variations for everyone. Food was lovely and recommend the fish or seafood. With 4 of us all having 3 courses and alcoholic drinks, the price was very fair at around £40 per head. Will definitely go again . Thank-you.

The food was okay, we ordered king prawns for starters and garlic bread, had to ask where the garlic bread was as I had finished mt starter. The other three had the bread (which normally comes as a side, but we asked for it as a starter). So we think our main course's we left under heat lamp, as my wife's hunters chicken was a bit dry, myself and mother had the pie of the week steak ale and mushroom which was nice, but the mash was like warm. Son had the fish, which was warm. Pudding not to bad. But over all nice place, and nice out look over the lake.

Such a great location for a stay. The room was large and had a wide range of complimentary drinks. All the staff were great and worked very hard to make the stay enjoyable and went out of their way to provide the guests with local information on where to visit and other restaurants. Couldn't fault it.

WOW! Celebrated my brothers 30th birthday here last night and it did not disappoint!! Can I just say not only was the food absolutely stunning! But it was all the staff that made it so special! I asked to be seated away from everyone else and straight away they got us a lovely secluded area! The staff checked on us all the time, so polite!! Happy to do anything for us there was 10 of us all together I can not compliment this place enough you made his birthday and our evening very special ❤️ BIG shout out to Oliver! Everyone was amazing but you stood out to us everything I asked for you happily did, my mother even said wow he's so lovely what a lovely professional happy guy!

Lovely staff. Food was good and plentiful. Beer prices were very reasonable.

Outside seating with company from the ducks and geese.

Ample parking on site.

Went yesterday for a wedding. The place is beautiful. The staff were friendly and very professional. Everything was ran very smoothly. The food was amazing, my Husband is a Coeliac and the Gluten free food was incredible. Well done for having excellent knowledge about it. The food was presented beautifully and cooked to perfection. It's a beautiful Wedding Venue and the whole day was wonderful. Thank you very much to the staff involved. Brilliant team work.

Such a nice comfortable place to stay and unwind for a few days. We booked the Tern Lodge for two nights and weren't disappointed. We ate there both evenings, very busy but the service was not compromised like we have seen elsewhere. Staff are so pleasant and the food is wonderful. The open pie of the day was a fantastic surprise when it arrived and not what I was expecting. Prices, in my opinion are reasonable. The surrounding area is pleasant and just a short car journey to see the Grey Seals.
