Hello Readers,

I had my very first experience with a recruiter and i am very very glad to say that it was a fantastic experience to be very honest, words are merely enough. why ? Because of the trust level Samantha of Allsopp Company puts in her candidate is on next level, to experience these things is a blessing, because very few people takes chance on you. Samantha is very talented from every aspect. Samantha is amazing although i dont have much experience with Any other recruiters but to whoever i am telling the story about how Samantha and her team of Allsopp recruited me and how fast i received the offer letter from the Company is quite a shocking experience because the bigger the company the more delays happen but not when you have Samantha in your corner.

I would suggest to the readers that, if Samantha of Allsopp contacts you, think that this is your chance to think big as nothing is impossible when you have people like Samantha who wants to see the best for both parties (the company and the candidate).

Jai was an absolute pleasure to deal with, we started the interview process while I was still in Canada and be was beyond accommodating and made my transition so much more peaceful knowing I could rely on him to reply instantly to any questions or concerns. Once landed in Dubai he made sure I was settling in comfortably and keeping in touch and accommodating me to anything I needed. Once settled he made the second half of the interview process stress free and quick as I was anxious to get my visa sorted he understood and made sure he removed that burden for me which made me positive that Allsopp and Allsopp was the perfect company for me to join. They not only recognize your potential but they truly care about making your transition with their company and smooth and stress free as possible.

Warisha helped me Immensely during the Recruitment Process. Her professional approach is only matched by her ingenuity.

She is extremely prompt in her replies to communications and got an extra ordinary communication skills.

In my last job hunt, through my own error of putting my resume too far "out there", I dealt directly with multiple recruiters. Phoebe from Allsopp was #1... by far. In terms of professionalism, ethics, and of Phoebe attentiveness, Phoebe was unbeatable, and I can't emphasize this Phoebe made me feel like I had an ally in the recruiting industry and, at the end of my search, I literally was left wondering whether there was any way I could get her credit for the job I did end up signing for.If you are on the job market looking for career change, Phoebe is your savior.
