Nice boat and nice people but poorly prepared. The bed in the lounge area had work done on it delaying our departure and on the second night has collapsed three times for what appears to be shoddy workmanship. Calle d the emergency 24 hour helpline and got a voicemail. Not call back . We are a bed down for two. Appalling and very amateur. Would recommend steering clear!!!

No deal for pump outs - just a flat £25 per tank. Swancraft, also in Brundall, are £20 per tank or £30 for two, or yacht station at Norwich charge £20 for two tanks - definitely choose one of those instead.

Booked a skipper for our trip on the Broads. Lovely little craft, easy to understand and use for a novice to boating. Training to operate it was precise and everything you needed to know. Helpful in saying places of to visit and stop each day. Thanks guys will be back.

£26 mooring fee for not a lot, woman on reception was rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Very adamant no wifi yet we got on it later????

Norfolk boating holidays brought into the the 21st century, well done Broom for doing something different, amazing boats and really great staff to set you off on an amazing trip.

This our first time with Broom boats and we've not long taken our Captain 5 out on the river. We've been pleasure cruising for 15 years and Broom are the height of professionalism. Wonderful helpful, welcoming staff that go above and beyond to help. So for our first day it's been awesome. The boat is spectacular. Every attention to detail is so amazing. Thank you so much Broom. See you in 2 weeks!!
