This company shouldn’t be in the market! They got 5 thousand dirhams from my pocket and until today nobody give me my money back! It was supposed to rent a apt with Zubair in city walk, I’ve handled him the booking cheque and at the end they run with the 5 thousand and I ended up have to look for other place and lost the money. I’ve try many times to contact the landlord and mister Zubair, but the landlord block me and mister Zubair for who I handled the cheque kept saying that the booking cheque is non refundable and it’s with the landlord. Hope you enjoy the money. People please be aware never negotiate with this people.

This post is long overdue. What can I say? Zubair is totally amazing. I went through a lot of realtors when I was looking for an apartment in Dubai. I chose him to assist me in my apartment hunt and he did not fail me. He showed me different options, was patient and explained everything in detail to me since it was my first time apartment hunting. When I finally decided on one, he took care of the whole process up to setting up my electricity and gas accounts. I've been living in the apartment for 6 months and he's still available anytime when or if I have any issues. I've met a lot a lot of good realtors but I can say 100% that Zubai has been the best. I'll definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a place in Dubai.

After seeing an ad online i sent an mail to ask if the property is available. Agent who supposed to be the partner from this agency insists to provide my mobile number which i never needed to share to just ask if the property is availble for viewing or not.

I am copying the answer from this person:

First of all this rule does not exist under dubai land department which i right away informed.
Second an answer from a agency like that you earning 5% of agency fee?

Such agencies and service should be removed from rhe market. They do not deserve to sell neither rent any properties.

This will be reported to dubai land department.

Picked our car up from purple parking meet and greet Gatwick after holiday . At reception our car key was in bits as the car is keyless entry and comes apart if you slde it open, which is not easy to do. I checked the car for damage and we had door opening damage on both sides , light scratches on entire passenger side where it had been parked against a Bush. Started the car and had an extra 85 miles and a qauter of a tank of diesel been used. The passenger seat was reclined so we had to re adjust to get passengers in . Carpets had dirt where people had been using car . Radio up loud on starting to a channel we don't use . One of the staff was watching me checking car and talking to my wife and friends as i was disturbed at the condition of the car and he was smirking at us . We do use purple parking where we park and take the keys and shuttle bus, but not meet and greet as we had a similar problem years ago . Our freinds arranged this without me knowing. So had to hand over our keys and fly . I feel absolutely awful about this service and I know there's no way I would be able to get compensation. Reading reviews today a lot of people have had trouble. Stay away from meet and greet as they don't take care of your car.

Following booking parking through The Airport Parking Shop at Birmingham airport for 2 weeks whilst on holiday I would like to say how dissatisfied I was with the after service I received. I booked through Thomson holidays who decided to change my flight times and date by 16 hours, I contacted Airport Parking Shop to advise of nessasery parking change arrangements who stated that I couldn't change my booking and would have to rebook and loose my original payment. They didn't want to help at all with the situation caused by no fault of my own, I will defenatly not use this company again and would advise anybody to avoid.

I had no issues with booking or any problems with the car while parked or being returned. However, on the email with the confirmation and direction the Post Code they gave was for Terminal 2 and not Terminal 5 as booked and as confirmed elsewhere. Made it somewhat stressful at 4.30 am as we tried to find our way to T5 from T2 with my daughter using Google maps on her phone and calling into the company to help talk us in. Check carefully and don't trust the post code you're given for SatNav.

A first time visit, I found the instructions clear, the t&c's not difficult to understand and the rates better than the equivalent coach fare. In all really quite satisfactory. I'll see how I get on when I actually use the service!

I used this site for the first time today and was impressed. For a comparison company who doesn't own any car parks, their prices are the same as going direct, I checked. Its an easy way to get honest value for money at the airport. I'll trust them again.

Used this for Heathrow. Great service, accurate information in purchase letter, everything went smoothly and I went through a bunch of reviews to choose the better option. Will use again. Left car for two weeks in July 2018.

Purple Parking for LHR T5: Everything worked well except the pick up on return. Despite the recorded message on the number they gave me saying that there was a bus every 20 minutes we waited over half an hour not knowing if there was one coming or not because there was a sign at the bus stop saying that the bus was on demand and to call for it but the phone number didn't connect. Every other number we found on confirmation emails and via Google also didn't connect. I tried to ask the bus driver about it but he was uninterested. Also the transfer time is not 10 minutes as advertised and we did it after 11pm so no traffic. Having said that the car park looks very professional but let down by the out of hours service. It's not the extra wait that bothers me the most but the fact that I had no way of knowing what was going on due to conflicting information and unreachable phone numbers. Next time I'll pay more for a car park I can walk to.

Extremely poor service. Landed at Heathrow TN3 and called them for car and I was told Manager would return my call in a minute. Having waited for more than 15 mins I called again and I was told my car is not available as yet as the battery has gone dead. I argued that it can’t be possible as I was away for only 17 days and Audi Q7 battery was not giving any trouble when I handed over the car. I also questioned the car was supposed to be at airport by 2 pm and how come car recovery guys have been just called; why they were not called earlier to ensure car is made available on time and I stated that this was poor service. I was told that I could say so which means they conceded the service was poor. Had to wait for longggggggggg for collection of my car. I will never recommend them to anyone.
